Scientists have discovered ways to lower our odds of getting Alzheimer's or another form of Dementia by changing our lifestyle, habits, food, supplements, habits, and more. We will explain the science behind it, discuss the impact certain behaviors have on our brains, and suggest many ways you can make changes to support your brain today.
This course covers positive changes you can make and divides them into categories, giving examples for easy understanding.
