About the Class

The International Standard Classification of Education considers primary education as a single phase where programmes are typically designed to provide fundamental reading, writing, and mathematics skills and establish a solid foundation for learning. This is Level 1: Primary education or the first stage of basic education.

  • Turn pages by themselves.
  • Move at their own pace with the guidance of the teacher.
  • Groups are randomly selected at the beginning but groups will soon emerge that are working comfortably at the same level. Children will get a reading book at home when they are working confidently. This is for you to enjoy with your child.
