Welcome to the first lesson of the FSMA Masterclass! This module consists of 4 lessons. 1. The first lesson contains a video of approximately 28 minutes explaining the rationale behind FSMA and showing the high level overview of all the FSMA rules and relevant implementation dates. 2. The second lesson provides an overview of the four major GFSI certification schemes and their approach to FSMA compliance. This lesson contains a video of approximately 10 minutes. 3. The third lesson discusses the planning aspects of a typical FSMA implementation in a food production environment, including a video of approximately 8 minutes. 4. The last lesson contains a video of approximately 10 minutes about how to manage the stakeholders. At the end of each module you will be asked to perform some tasks and enter your answers in the question boxes.
