Welcome to the fifth module of the FSMA Masterclass! This module discusses the training requirements in relation to the various FSMA rules (PCHF / PCAF / Intentional Adulteration / Food Defense / FVSP / Produce Safety / Sprout Safety). Next to this the requirements pertaining to the Transport Safety Rules are discussed in detail in the final lesson of this module. There are three lessons in this module: 1. The first lesson contains a video of approximately 17 minutes on the high level training requirements of all FSMA rules. 2. The second lesson details all the specific training details and programs in a video of again 17 minutes. 3. The final video of 20 minutes discusses the details of the Transport Safety Rule. Make sure you update the Detailed Implementation Plan Excel file which you downloaded as part of the first module as well, either at the end of each lesson or at the end of this module.
