Listen to this meditation as often as you feel like it. Minimum once a week. You can also write a mantra down and use it as an affirmation.

Mantras:

  • It is safe for me to be my true self
  • It is safe for me to let my light shine
  • I am perfect just the way I am
  • My body helps me to live out my purpose
  • All the love I will ever need is already inside of me
  • I release all shame, fear, and negativity
