Choose some parts of your body that need some extra love and write them a love letter. Be grateful for your body's appearance, functionality, flexibility, and intelligence for example
Write a love letter to your inner child. We all have this inner child deep inside of us that needs some love. Think about some past events, experiences, or trauma that have hurt you. What would you tell yourself now if you could go back in time?
Write a love letter to yourself now. What do you need to hear right now? Write it to yourself. If you have difficulties, imagine you would write a letter to someone who is exactly like you. All the love and appreciation you need is already inside of you.
Tip: If you have difficulties with starting to write. Put a timer on for 10 minutes and just write whatever comes to your mind.
