Journaling has so many benefits and if you are not doing it already I highly recommend you start doing it. It is a great manifestation tool and you can also use it to raise the feeling of gratefulness. The more appreciative and grateful you feel the faster you will manifest your desires. Take at least 5 minutes out of your day to journal, preferably in the morning.

Task:

  • Make a list of at least 15 things you appreciate about yourself. Also, write down all the things that you have accomplished and feel proud of
  • Every day writes down at least 3 things that you appreciate about yourself or you feel proud of. Write down whatever comes to your mind, things can be repeated
  • Continue journaling as if. Write down in the present tense like you would be writing in your diary. Write and be grateful for all the things you love about yourself and all the desires that are on their way towards you

The feeling is more important than the words. It is essential that you feel good while doing this. If you are not in a good mood, first start by lifting up your vibrations and then start to journal. Some great way to lift your mood is listening to music.
