Journaling has so many benefits and if you are not doing it already I highly recommend you start doing it. It is a great manifestation tool and you can also use it to raise the feeling of gratefulness. The more appreciative and grateful you feel the faster you will manifest your desires. Take at least 5 minutes out of your day to journal, preferably in the morning.
