Forgiveness is very important for us in order to move on. The best thing you can do for your own mental and physical health is to forgive yourself and other people. Don't hold grudges, you are only hurting yourself with this. You don't forgive because of others, you forgive for yourself and to free yourself from the negative energy.

You also need to forgive yourself in order to move on. So I ask you today to write a forgiveness letter to yourself.

Task:

Put a timer on for 15 minutes and just start writing. Write down all the things that come to your mind and you want to apologize for. You can for example apologize for your negative thoughts but also for the neglect and stress that you have put your body through. Ask yourself for forgiveness, say sorry, and promise yourself to continue doing your best for yourself.

This exercise will help you to bring you closer to yourself.
