Now you are PMP certified on the exam day, or you have to maintain that CCR cycle This is a continuing certification requirement. The PMI triangle we have been talking about the PMI triangle from day one, the technical, the leadership and the strategic. So, this is what we will be talking this is where you will be tested. But you have you have to provide 60 videos and three, three years which means you are continuously linked with the profession in addition to your job, your job we'll get you in at eight credit hours or eight CPUs, but they will not get you there to the 63 you have to produce extra effort to get to these at 60. You have to show the commitment to the profession. That is very important a commitment to the profession.

So this is your CCR cycle. This is you have to maintain mean you have to this is important to maintain your PMP certification. I am sure you don't want to go for the examination every after three years. I have done my PMP in 2007 and I am renewing every two years. It is easy, it is manageable and 60 pd was absolutely logical. It is not something that you have to go take an extra effort or you will be you will lose something.

You need to go extra beyond your comfortable zone to get the 60 thank you again, any questions please post it
