Quality is about agreement, how good you are delivering the objectives, how good you are delivering the requirements, the basic quality requirements, the delivering the requirement, resource management, identification of identification, acquire and manage the resources whether it is human resources or procurement Then you have a communication management, timely and effective and appropriate communication, who will do the communication When will you do the communicate what needs to be communicated as part of the communication is all ready what to do in a project communicate this this is inevitable everything in our life business we mitigate our risk when we take the car on the road, it's our race, but the airbags, signals cameras, seatbelts, traffic police line they all are mitigation factor they are minimizing the risks.
