And then secondly, you have the plan in front of you to achieve it. And the second part is what is PMI? Why PMP and what PMI is expecting from you. What are the two basic pillars of this whole PMP certification or this whole project management book of knowledge or this whole project management profession how PMI sees and who is PMI?

Why this certificate? vacation is well established, why when you say that I am a PMP certified. The other person says, Oh, good, it must, it must mean that you know about your profession, it must mean that you are a good project manager. All those certification never gives any certification in terms of being good or bad. The certification only tells or explains or established the fact that you have a fair idea about the profession or whatever the certification is about. It never says that you are good or bad, but this is the expectation that we have that when I meet any any PMP certified project manager, he must have the knowledge about a good how to do a good project management, how to make sure that the projects succeed.
