This knowledge area deals with the resources. What are resources? Well broadly we can say human resources or physical resource. If you go a little bit more details than we are talking about equipment we are talking about material we are talking about. Service says we are talking about consumables all the resources that we that are required on the project is part of this knowledge area. This is another knowledge area after the integration which is actually your den, where you are at your best in integrating the project delivering the project making sure no processes going out, making sure all the all the deliverables are integrated.

Whenever there is a chain you can see the complete impact. This is another one. This is where you have to be a quarterback. You have to be a leader, a team leader So servant leader, new terminology, I will explain it Don't worry. But the point is here you are a quarterback here you are a coach. Here you are a trainer yes one man multiple hats.

This is where you have to come up with your soft skills, your emotional intelligence, your emotional quotient, your soft side your side which is a true you which means in building up a relationships, understanding the problems, appreciating the hard work, making sure that your team has an environment where they will be delivering at their best making, by resolving their conflicts, all these things. This is what you are doing here. You are not alone on the project. You cannot deliver the project on your own. We need to have everybody's a job. We need to have everybody's time and responsibility need to make sure that what is assigned to them they will do it with the full energy will enthusiasts and this is what you will be doing here.

So we need all of them to support us so that we can deliver a project object. And that is only happened when you are doing your leadership skills. Second, the most important thing as a skill that is usually very difficult to learn. It's a delegation. It is getting ready that yes, somebody else can do a job. A maybe a little bit better than you but you are okay with it.

You need to delegate delegate means you need to coach you need to train you need to tell them how to deliver it. This is all what you are Behind every successful every successful project. We have a great team and this is what you will be making here a great team, a cohesive team, a team which is ready to collaborate a team which is clean of a political key with a clean political environment, a team which is trust, which is which will be growing in a trustworthy environment. So, this is all what you will be looking at a competencies capabilities rather than biasness rather than your relationships, your love, bring your love of anybody know here the team that the team that you are developing is being capabilities and capacities that they can do a competency that they are bringing. So, obviously when you are bringing in the competencies you are bringing in the capabilities, they will be argument some arguments can be can can become bigger, your job is to make sure that they don't we will see the conflict how the conflict is a creative terminology, all the conflict actually initiate a creative Thinking on the project How can that conflict you as a colleague can move the conflict into a positive constructive way so that you can get the results out?

We need to understand So, see we are not here in terms of families, we are not here in terms of friends. So, we are two people, a group of people who are coming together to deliver the product. So, obviously, if we are we will have some conflicts within a family and friend, we are a team so, this is gonna happen, but we will find a way to solve it constructively. Project is there here. In addition to this all team, we will be looking at the equipment that we need there the title of the resources that other material resources that we are required is to make sure that the job that the equipment that we have is best in class and that they deliver the job that is assigned, assigned yes assigned to them. So it's about four.

When we go back to the team it is retention, labor law remediation, chairs performance, appraisers reward and recognition program nature of project work, health and safety issues all this is part of the project that you are looking at. Very importantly here, I think this is one or two areas where you will be influenced too much and an organization will take a bigger role in terms of doing it because you have to hiring, acquiring, identifying all these resources all these processes will be or these assignments will be taken up by the HR department because they are the masters into it. You are not the master if you remember my initial process definitions and the divisions I do this is a supported shared function you need to know How the hiring is happening you need to know what are the capabilities that they could look for you need to know what are the specification they need to look for in terms of equipment which you will give to the procurement department or the facility department.

You need to understand this process so that you can appreciate and you can be a positive you can do a positive to help them you can positively identify their requirements you can unit you can have a good shake hand with them. This is what the human with this is what the project resource management is all about. Let us go and meet you in the next session. Thank you. Thank you very much.
