Empathy test involves putting yourself in your partner's shoes and guessing how they would respond. It is best used after a paired exercise. Just ask pairs to stand back to back with the space in between each person guess if their partners answer by guessing the height of their partner's head. It's a fun game that develops empathy between pairs.
