The final thing that I want to talk about for all local businesses, anyone that has a physical location where they can accept a postcard from Google, you can start ranking for local terms that no one else in the world can do unless you have a postcard from Google that says, this is your PMA or your physical marketing area. So local is going to be things like you know, hey, I'm inside Tampa, and then it may be Tampa and then the state FL or spelled out all the way Florida, all of these are different ones. It may just be FL it may just be all the Florida spelled out. We have Atlanta, NYC, New York City so you can kind of understand that there's a lot of local terms, they're out there that people can't really rank for unless they're within that local area. And that's a brilliant thing.
Because even if you're an online business, and you're trying to find your own terms, or they're trying to find terms to rank for, and they haven't yet claimed their Google Maps business, just ask them, can they accept any sort of postcard anywhere that isn't the P o box. If they can, then what you're going to be able to do is sign up for Google Maps and start getting ranking locations as well. So that's a huge part of keywords and of course, the research that goes behind it
