For today’s meditation, find a comfortable position to sit or recline. You will bring your attention to your breath as you allow your breathing to deepen and slow down. We will utilize the healing sounds of Wood (Shhhhh), Fire (Hawwwww), and Water (Woohoo). Invoking the healing energy of the Wood, Fire, and Water, the musical track will shift your breathing pattern into a more relaxed and peaceful flow. You will feel an inner sense of authenticity and resolution.
