DESCRIPTION: The last chapter of the BAC Training program by Matrix highlights one of the most valued ICF Core competencies – Facilitating Client Growth. The chapter highlights the ways in which a coach can partner with their client to explore their true potential, understand their shortcomings and navigate through roadblocks to steer towards their goals and vision. Growth is dependent on several factors and can be kickstarted via multiple means. This chapter highlights a coach’s role in acting as a partner to work towards that growth with aligned interests. Learners will further get a comprehensive understanding of the individual steps that contribute to the cultivation of growth for a client and how one can align them into their coaching practice.
