DESCRIPTION: The “Become an Associate Coach” is Matrix's leading coach certification program involving 60 hours of training program and additional 10 hours of mentorship training for the learner. Each chapter and session in the program outline the individual ICF competency in detail with practical and real-time applications.
The primary aim of this training program is to create a holistic understanding of the coaching competencies and the importance of their implementation for coaching success.
