Before we get into talking about soul contracts, it’s important to know the difference between the soul and the spirit. Often, the soul is confused with the spirit but the soul is something different. I like to compare the soul to an online course very similar to this one. The soul contains the lessons necessary for your spiritual evolution and carries the information through each of your lifetimes. It is constantly being updated as you complete lessons but will not allow you to skip ahead to new lessons until you’re ready. You will automatically move on to new lessons and have forward movement in your spiritual progression when your soul determines your readiness.
