You began the journey with an understanding of how to create a continuous flow in your organization. You learned that continuous flow is the heart of lean methodology, and you assimilated the techniques of implementing continuous flow in your organization. The next lean tool was tack time, when you create continuous flow, you will need help from some more tools.
You learned that if continuous flow is the heart of lean methodology, tack time is the heart of creating continuous flow. You then learn how to implement a pull system in your organization. You understood that a continuously inflow is only possible when you have the right level of poll implemented in your work environment. You continue your learning By understanding what is gone bang, you learned that con band and pole system go hand in hand, they are executed together to achieve a successful lean organization. The next clean tool that you learned was heijunka heijunka as you know is a Japanese term for load leveling. The next lean tool was the visual control. Lean propagates effective use of visual control in your business process. And you understood how the last tool that you studied in the second part of the Lean management program was the five I analysis. The fiber analysis is designed to identify the root cause by asking why question five times. So in a nutshell, you learned several lean tools in the second part of the training program, including continuous flow, back time, pull system can ban heijunka Standard Work, visual control, and five eye analysis.
