Working from home comes with its own set of challenges. However, these challenges are not new to the knowledge workers of our century. What is required is not a wish to go back to what we were doing before or what we were good at doing before. It is important to revision work productivity working from home. The strategy ‘Schematise and Structuralize’ will help you adapt your work culture in a segmented manner that can be measured and impacted in the future.
We request the participants to go thru the template and draft their own on their own before they go to the next strategy.
