Become a Mindfulness Practitioner® Master Coach Level-1 is a comprehensive certification program by Matrix that explores the concept of Mindfulness and its application in everyday life. Curated by Dr. Paras, the training program provides learners with extensive knowledge of Mindfulness and the western and eastern philosophies along with psychology involved in its practice.

Learners in Level 1 of the program will be familiarized with five introductory chapters that explain the different foundational concepts of Mindfulness and its implementation in our everyday life. The program also highlights the idea of Buddha on Mindfulness to further explore the more profound concepts of one’s inner self. The primary objective of this certification program is to explore and understand the connection between the mind-body axis as aligned with the old and new concepts. Enrolled candidates who successfully complete the training program can also apply for CCE hours with ICF.
