All right, so we're talking about structure. We're organizing your thoughts and ideas, so that everything you have to communicate can come out of your mouth in an organized way in a clean and understandable way that connects and impacts whoever listens to you. For this, we started working with the why, what how, when and where instructor that shows people, reasons to listen to you. makes clear what they should do or what they should know how to do it, and when and where they can start applying what you're saying immediately. We also worked on creating keywords Words that will guide our thoughts that will encapsulate our home message to make it easier and more comfortable for us to communicate whatever we need. Now, let's go deeper into structor.

Let's add a couple more tools into our resources. So remember, your communication should always be tight, but looks, it should be tight with structure. And with keywords. You should know the concepts and the way in which you will transmit the structure to other people. But it shouldn't be too tight because you run the risk of sounding robotic, on authentic, free, planned and boring. It should also be blues in a way that makes you connect with people that allows the space for you to adapt to the circumstances and to the audience you have in front of you.

Right? The same presentation could sound very different if you're giving it to your boss, or to your co workers or to a wife or a husband, right? It shouldn't be too loose either, because we run the risk of sounding too informed on structured and disorganized and people might not take yourself seriously. So always keep this concept in mind when you're communicating. be tight, professional, formal and structured. But at the same time, loose, relaxed, friendly and comfortable.

By now you're very familiar with the white white house. When and where formula or structor. Now, I would love to show you a couple more structures that you can use to transmit your ideas that can be also very powerful and impressive. As opposed to the first one. This is a very persuasive structor. body, mind and heart.

And if it's relevant, you could add the spirit part as well. Let me show you how it works. So let's say that my daughter loves volleyball, and she would like to excel at the sport. So something I might do to coach her and try to motivate her to get better at the sport would be to sit down with her and have a talk with this structure. Try to notice the different stages of my talk. Alright, so I might say something like, my dear daughter, I see that you love volleyball, and that you want to be really good at the sport.

Now, if you want to excel at volleyball, you simply need to take care of three details. The first one, you need to take care of your body. You need to make your body strong and skilled, to be in constant physical movement without getting exhausted. And also to resist the impact of the bowl and of jumping up and down for hours. Right You need a strong, flexible, skilled body to play volleyball like the pros. But that's not enough.

You also need to train your mind. Maybe this is one of the most important keys to excelling in anything, especially any sport. So you should train your mind Not to get distracted by external noises and by what's around you, you need to learn how to stay in the zone so that you have perfect focus and concentration. And finally, you need to take care of your emotional aspects. Sometimes you feel very nervous, you feel very excited, you feel a little tense. All of these intense emotions can affect your performance in a great way.

So you need to learn to control your emotions, accept them, let them flow so that they are not distracting and affecting you. Rather, they'll be aiding you and pushing you upwards to a higher scale. Sounds exciting, doesn't it? I'm giving my daughter some handles from which she could grab herself to grow herself. I'm Kelvin Stelling, a map, a mental map into her imagination into her consciousness. So that every time she's working at something, every time she's training her body, she's running, she's exercising, or practicing meditation, or focusing exercises or mind practices, or every time she's dealing with her emotions, she can channel these things or these concepts into her ultimate goal of becoming an excellent volleyball player.

It works. Okay, so let's try another structure. These are very simple structure to use, and you can apply it in mostly any situation. I'm talking about past, present, and future. I know that you have some practice with destructors I'm sure you can. immediately started thinking of examples and ways to apply this structure into your reality and your necessities.

Which, by the way, is what you should always be doing during this course or during anything you're learning, right? Don't try to copy exactly what you learn in a course in a seminar work by focusing on how you can apply the new information in your real life. If you always do that, this will guarantee that you always get a real, tangible, measurable external benefit in your life. And not only some ideas that you can repeat, when people ask you, hey, how was the course how was the seminar? You'll be demonstrating it with actions with behaviors and not only with analytical thoughts. So, past, present, and future let's say that I want to motivate you to keep working on during English, right?

I might say something like, okay, you already speak English you need to improve it. And this is the deal. For all your past, you have been doing certain things in the way you think, speak and feel English that don't work so well. Now, don't worry because it's in your past. You're now in your present. And right now, this is a stage where we will correct perfect pay attention, refine and personalize and give style and structure to your English communication.

So these moments are moments of growth, evolution and attention. Now, this is not the final stage either, because after you work with this in your present for a little bit, your future seems bright. Right? Once you correct your pronunciation and fluency details. Once you polish your vocabulary, your structure becomes better you Your English future looks bright, looks powerful, and it looks like you will be able to communicate naturally and persuasively with anyone in English. So let's take a look at one final structure, internal and external.

So let's imagine that you need to talk about the need for improvement, growth and innovation in your company. You might want to organize your presentation with this structure, right, you might start talking about the internal processes and situations that need to be changed and need to be evolved and corrected. And you could also talk about the external factors in the economy, in the country, in the world, in the customers in the suppliers across the world, etc. need to change and bold and be corrected in order to achieve this innovation and growth objective of the company? Right. So, you see how just by selecting one structure, any structure and having a topic in mind, it almost automatically starts shaping up in front of your eyes.

It lets you know what to say and how to say it almost without thinking about it. I remember when I was learning these structures and practicing them. For a few days, I felt excited because this was a tool that I immediately saw the use, but I also felt a little tense and anxious because I just couldn't use them so automatically. This is something that happens usually to my students as well. happens only for the first few times that you try it. The more you keep trying, the easier it becomes, the more natural and the more automatic you start using your structures for all kinds of things you need to communicate.

So I really encourage you to start consciously trying to use them in any sort of communication you're doing English or otherwise. Now, before we close, I would love to encourage you to also look for your own structures. Anything can be used as a structure. You can use a systems, right in sprain, this happens only to give way to summer and fall and winter. Maybe the months the days of the week, baby child, teenager, adult elder, whatever you Want, experiment using structures and filling them with your information. You will have fun with it and you'll obtain tremendous results.

Okay, so now that you have learned this solid structures, and you know how to use them, it is time to enjoy the benefits of them. Right, it's time to relax because now you know that anything you need to present anything you need to write or talk about. You'll have an easy way and a proven method of transmitting this information in a way that connects and impacts people. So have fun with this, and I'll see you on the next step. Until then, I hope that you stay well.
