Well, that concludes our training on how to conceptualize and construct your business plan. We covered a lot of information in these 11 modules. So thank you for coming on this wonderful journey with me. Let's end off by reminding ourselves what we've covered in this course, we have learned. Firstly, the basic tools and approach you'll need to conceptualize and construct a business plan. Secondly, how to describe your company and the market in which it operates.
How to perform your market research and analysis? How to describe the economics of your business that is how will the business make money. Next, we learned how to define your marketing strategy. Then, we learned how we'd be approaching product and service development next We were in a position to lay out who the management team and key personnel would be in the business and how the business would be structured. Next, we learned why it was important to identify any risks or problems and also listed any dependencies on which we we relied in the construction of the business plan. Then we learned how to construct a solid financial plan which was made up of a profit and loss statement or income statement, a balance sheet and the cash flow statement.
And finally, we learned how to propose a company offering to potential investors and lenders. Happy now worked through all of the modules in sequence. You should now have a good understanding of what you will need to do to complete a high quality and impactful business plan.
