Muscle imbalance

Example of a posterior pelvis tilt. The hips shift under the spine removing the natural lumbar curve. This sometimes goes along with the upper cross syndrome. This is probably the most important portion when it comes to application and helping clients. Finding imbalances in our clients determines: how we program their workouts, how hard we can work them, how we might be able to address joint issues, how we can get them moving pain-free. If we are able to fix broken movement patterns and muscle imbalances our clients will move better, have less pain and get better results. This will lead to an increase in client recommendations and more clients for you to train.
