I'm your friend and coach Rohit Cathcart. I get this question quite often from students who are either in the middle of their living standard or at the beginning of the 12 standard, that how to cover backlog in the coaching. backlog in the coaching means that there was two chapters which were taught in the coaching, but student couldn't study those chapters themselves. As a result, they don't remember the concepts, they're not good in the problem solving of that chapter. And they're not able to do well in the mock exams of that chapter. So in this video, I will walk you through a very simple strategy that how you can cover a backlog in your coaching.

So these are very obvious and simple steps which anyone can tell you. So even I will only tell you these things because there's nothing much that you can do about it. So the simple steps are first, increase your focus study hours to at least six to eight per day. If you're already putting six to eight hours per day, you will have to at least increase that by two hours. So whatever number of hours you're putting right now, in terms of focus self study, you will have to increase it at least by two hours. And minimum it should be six to eight hours.

And if you're already putting six to eight hours per day, you will have to take it either to eight or 10 hours per day. So that is step one, increase your number of focus, study hours. Second, keep two hours each day for backlog for next few months. So every day keep two hours for the backlog for next few months. It could be one month, two months, three months, four months, five months. We don't know depending on the amount of backlog depending on the number of chapters, which are your backlog.

You'll have it will be decided that for how many months everyday to us you have to give it to the backlog. And third is keep one or two Sundays per month entirely for that On the Sundays when you don't have an exam, keep those Sundays, either one or two Sundays per month to cover the backlog or in the coaching, just study those chapters, which are your backlog. And if you follow these three steps consistently for a few months could be one month, two months, three months, four months, five months depending on the amount of backlog, you will be able to get over a significant amount of backlog. And it is also possible that the entire backlog goes away and now you are up to the mark with your coaching and it could lead to better mock exam scores and track. So I hope you will start applying this strategy if you have a backlog in coaching and you will get significant benefit from it and your mock exam scores and rank will go up significantly.

Thank you and all the best
