This PDF you can find below this lecture. And you'll have to take a printout you will have to fill it on a regular basis. So this PDF again consists of four sheet first column of the table talks about the chapter name reproduction, genetics, ecology, cell structure, hope you're started studying and understanding these chapters and you're really relishing the process of need preparation because you are aiming to become a doctor and these are chapters will really help you do well in your profession. As a result, you'll have to significantly understand these chapters and where as and when you go in your MBBS. This preparation will help you significantly. Now we have just three columns, the previous PDF, we had five columns.

So this is slightly less work compared to the previous PDF. And this PDF you will have to fill after you are done with the chapter. And one week has passed. So after you have completed for example, say reproduction and one week is over, you'll have to fill this PDF. Now the first column talks about the rating out of 10. So for example, if you are done with reproduction, you have to give yourself a rating out of 10 it could be 45678 910.

So just be very sincere, truthful to yourself and put a rating here. Don't think whether it is good or bad. Just put whatever comes to your mind. First thing, put it here out of 10 to be seven, eight. Now what Every rating you put accordingly, you will have the number of doubts in the chapter. For example, if you put eight, nine or 10, you will have less doubts.

If you put 456 or seven, you will have a lot of doubts in the chapter. And the third is, will you be able to explain this chapter to your friend who doesn't know it? So, once you're done with the chapter, ideas to understand, can you explain this chapter to your friend who has not studied this chapter, as of now, because this is the second last stage that you can reach in understanding level of concepts. When you try to explain to a friend, you are basically testing your understanding. Whenever you explain something to anybody, it further helps you understand how much you know because you can't speak it wrongly. Because if you speak it wrongly, your friend will point it out and then you'll have to go back to your basics and have to understand have used to understood the chapter or not?

So, the first problem you have to give a rating out of 10 in the second how many doubts you have? And third, will you be able to explain this chapter to your friend who doesn't know it? And once you have the number of touts, you will have to think how you are going to clear those doubts. Will you read the theory once again? Will you watch a video lecture? Will you ask your friend in coaching, will you ask your teacher in coaching, and so on.

So we'll have to frame how the strategy for clearing doubt we'll have to see whether we can explain this chapter to a friend or not and be very sincere and truthful because if you put yes here that means you are in the second last stage of understanding level of concepts. And in the next video, we'll see what is the last stage so be very sincere truthful take a printout of these sheets and keep filling them on a regular basis because this will give you a lot of insight. Of how much you understand each and every chapter, how many doubts you have, or what are your methods or strategies for clearing doubts. And can you explain this chapter to a friend who doesn't know it, I guarantee you that if you keep doing it on a regular basis, your chances of getting into your dream college will increase significantly.
