Hi students, I'm your friend and coach Robert Cocker. We are still in the step six of our nine step signature solution in which we significantly increase your chances of getting into your dream college. Hope you enjoyed a previous video on the exam strategies. And in this video, we will walk you through the mindset during your mock exams, mindset composed of focus, stability, and confidence. We will look at each of these three aspects in as much detail as possible. Hope you enjoyed our previous five steps on improving problem solving skills, improving concepts, understanding current exam strategies, understanding level of problem solving, understanding level of concepts, hope you are filling the sheets that we made you fill in the first three steps.

Hope you've started applying the strategies that we've walked you through in step four and five now This step is all about improving exam scores and rank exam. mock exams plays a very important role in your need preparation because you have to solve 180 question in 180 minutes in need. That means you have just one minute per question. As a result, the more and more mock exams you cave, more and more aware you become of the exam temperament, more and more you are comfortable with the exam environment. You know how to attempt the questions. If you're not able to solve the initial few questions you know a lot about yourself you know a lot about exam conditions.

And when you go in the final NEET or Ames examination, you won't feel that you're doing anything different. You will feel that it is a daily routine for you because you have been doing this since last two to three years. So idea is to give as many mock exams as possible. We gave you the ballpark number of hundred plus mock exams during your two year preparation journey. We also showed you the exams that you need to give in level 12 and drop here an idea is to keep doing it on a regular basis keep applying what we are teaching here and you will see a tremendous improvement in your performance in just two to three months. That's my guarantee.

Be with us be happy always thank you and all the very best. Hi nice names as parent. In this video we will walk you through the mindset before, during and after your mock exam. As you know that fine set composed of three parts, confidence, stability and focus. So confidence confidence comes when you prepare for the exam up to your satisfaction. That means whenever a mock exams come, what all things you need to do before that exam, you have to read and understand theory.

You have to solve it. Examples and then you have to revise few important questions. So you have to revise important points in that concept or chapter. So if you think you have done whatever you could do before this exam, then confidence comes because this is the best or this is the maximum that you could do before that exam. If you perform if you practice up to your satisfaction, then confidence comes, but with that preparation, with that effort, you should also get the result. That result will be good mock exam scores and drank.

So, if you prepare a pure satisfaction, and if you also get the result of that preparation, a confidence comes naturally. If you perform very well in your mock exams consistently, your confidence will be at a certain level idea is to keep maintaining that level in all the exams that you give. Now, whenever you lose confidence, you have to have Again, go back to these two points. Are you doing whatever you could do to the maximum possible limit? are you solving enough problems? Are you reading sufficient theory?

Is your concept strong enough? Is your problem solving good enough? Is your speed good or not? You have to ask these questions from yourself. Now after you have done what you could do the to the maximum possible limit, you should also get the results of that effort of preparation and that result would be good mock exam scores and rank. So if you are preparing well, and if you're not getting results, you won't be confident enough.

If you get resolved once in a while in your mock exam, but you did not prepare enough you won't remain confident consistently. Stability now, exam stability is divided to three parts before exam during study, while attempting exam and after exam during analysis. So before exam, do you Study, you don't have to think about exam result. You just have to think on your preparation, what you can do with during your exam preparation, you can solve questions you can do theory two times three times, you can revise in the best possible way that's only you can do that is what in your hands. results of that exam are never in your hands, they will never be in your hands. So you don't have to think about the result.

You just have to think about your preparation. are you performing up to your potential or is there something that we are lagging in the preparation and Can we do something better or not? So, before exam, you have to be very stable during your study. during exam you have to be very stable, you have to read each and every question with immense focus and attention. You have to decide on the concept you have to decide on the calculation and you have to do it correctly. You have to market correctly.

Again, stability is very Important. Post exam stability is about not becoming too happy with good marks and rank because this is not the end. If this would have been the end, I would have congratulated you myself that you got into your dream college, but each with each and every exam if you're doing very well, just be happy for a few moments or a few minutes. But after that, go back to your basics. Keep doing what you have been doing good. keep improving on what you need to improve on.

If you got bad marks, there is no need to be depressed because this is not the end. You will get a lot of opportunities before your final exam, but it is to learn what you could have done better. Because until this we don't learn from our mistakes, we won't grow. This is not true just for your need preparation this will be true throughout your life. If you stop learning at any point in your life. You will stop growing So no matter what doctor you become, you have to keep studying throughout your life because the profession that you're choosing is filled with immense responsibility in every few years the technology changes the way of working changes and you have to stay updated to the new ways of working to new technologies.

As a result, you have to keep improving throughout your life. If you are a doctor or if you are an engineer, in whatever profession you are in, if you want to grow, you have to keep learning. As a result, if one or two exams doesn't go well, no need to be depressed he will get more opportunities in future but idea is to learn what you could have done better. Third is ways to become stable first is daily goal setting. So is to take a sheet of paper and a pen before you set for self study and write down very specific goals on it. If you have say six to eight hours of self study Each day divided that entire day shedule into small segments of one to two hours each and write very specific goal for that each of the segment, a specific goal could be for the next two hours, I'll finish telematics theory from Etsy Varma.

Now, this is a very very specific goal this talks about that time which is two hours, this talks about the topic it is kinda matrix, it is not talking about just the subject it is talking about the topic which is kind of matrix it is talking about the source which is Etsy Varma it is talking about, but whether you will do theory or questions, so time, topic source theory or questions, so, if you have six to eight hours of self study each day you will be framing four to five goals for your day, and ideas to see how many were you able to achieve. If you were able to achieve all the goal is that means you performed up to your potential if you couldn't achieve that to work on it. And if you were able to achieve more, that means you're very, very focused and you're doing very well.

The second aspect of becoming stable is by working on your body, do some jogging, yoga meditation or exercise for at least 15 to 20 minutes each day. Now, this time is not a waste, which a lot of students consider that doing to jogging, yoga, meditation, or exercise is a waste of time, but this this is not a waste of time. This is an investment that you make, improve your focus self study ours. So if you spend 15 minutes I guarantee you that you will get an X result out of it. That means 115 minutes of your self study will become more focused on 15 minutes means two and a half hours. So just by spending 15 minutes on your body once you get the sweat That sweat will make you more focused.

Now, focus is again divided into three parts before exam during study while attempting exam after exam during analysis. So, before exam you have to study with immense focus attention, discipline, you have to direct your thoughts, your vision and your actions. In your study, you have to solve a lot of problems. And during exam you have to read and understand each and every question with immense focus and attention. You have to decide on the concept with focus, you have to do calculations with focus, you have to mark the question correctly. Post exam focuses about thorough understanding of strong and development areas creating plan for development areas.

So after each and every exam, you have to see what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, is to create a plan for the weaknesses and keep maintaining our strengths. Then only we will keep improving with each and every exam that we can base to become more focused. Just a legal setting, as I told you, it's a pretty part as well. It's similar to that only daily goal setting. A daily goal setting will give you the direction. And then you will have to manage your thoughts, your vision and your actions in one direction.

And that direction will be off your daily goals. Second is self awareness in writing. Now, this is a very important part of your life, not just your need or inspiration, but of your life. If you're self aware, if you knew about yourself, your priorities, your preferences, your goals, your gifts, your talents, your strengths, your weaknesses, your situations around you, and so on. That's the best knowledge or best skill that you can attain in your life. Once you are self aware, you will get to know a lot about yourself.

You will get the signals what you're doing right. And what you're not doing right is to pay attention to the things that you're not doing right and take help Either from your teacher or from your parent or you can set up a call with me and improve those things which you're not doing right because only when you do the right things, you get success. Success doesn't come just by your wish. When you do the right things you get success. And self awareness will tell you what you are lacking on right now. And it will also get you the necessary help that you want to improve on the things that you're not doing.

Cold right now. Spent again 15 to 20 minutes daily on jogging, yoga, meditation exercise, it really improves your focus. In the initial few days when you start this you won't get the results. But if you keep doing it consistently for a month, your focus and study hours will increase by 10 x. So if you spend 15 minutes each day, you're focusing study hours will increase by 150 minutes. So just by spending 15 minutes each day for 30 days.

Continuously, you will see a tremendous improvement in your focus. So this video was all about exam mindset, which consists of confidence stability focus idea is to keep working on these three things because this will play a very important role on how you prepare for the exam, how you attempt the exam, and how well you do the analysis after the exam. Creating a plan on the weaknesses keep maintaining the strengths is very, very important throughout your later inspiration and I cannot do that if you keep doing it. Your performance will go up significantly in just a span of two to three months. As a result, your chances of getting into your dream college will be very very high. Thank you for watching this video.

Hope you learned a lot hope you will start working on your confidence on stability on focus. And I will see you in the next video. Be happy always. Thank you and all The best
