Hello and welcome to the positive power being neutral. We thought we'd give you another example. Actually, it's it's one of my own issues that's been bugging me for a long time, which we thought we'd touch on physical aspects, how the physical is related to the non physical, the mental, and emotional side of things. So I'm going to work through this example with Leroy, to help you guys at home if you've got a physical or condition, pain or response that you're having. This is really a good example because Adam and I have been in the process of creating the course. And as we are doing this, he started having these hay fever issues, and this is the way things need to work when you're doing neutral, that you deal with it as issues.

Come up. So, Adam, what are the symptoms that you're experiencing right now? Yeah, so we'll be full. I was sneezing a lot, but the sneezing stopped. And my right nostril is really blocked and a little bit of pressure on my forehead. top right.

Feels even pressure my whole right. But son of my face just around my eye really blocked up. And are you experiencing pain? I'm not not so much physical pain now. Nothing. Okay, the slight pressure.

All right. So well, let's, let's measure the pressure on a scale of 10. How much pressure? Maybe four, five. Okay. And the block is a 10.

I assume. Super block can't even breathe through there. Okay, so that's it. That's about a 12 hour day. Sounds like the other ones completely play it strange how this works. Sometimes one side is good the other.

But oh yeah. So it's the right side that is blocked. And sometimes it just runs like a tap. Okay. All right. So watch what's the worst that can happen if it stays blocked or just keeps running, and you keep having all this pressure.

So I guess I'll sound terrible. And people will look at me funny. I'm guessing I lose my job and nobody wants to even hang around or listen to me for a second. My voice is terrible. Okay, so what's worse than that what's worse is losing your job and no one wanting to be around you. Well, then I I constantly judged myself for doing the right thing the wrong thing.

Constantly pointing fingers at myself like knives. Okay, so what's what's worse than continually judging yourself? I guess inflicting self pain physically the worst. Okay, and what's worse than and then compare continuing with this self inflicted pain that actually would kill me. That'd be the worst. Let's see.

All right. All right, focus on it. When you think of this shelf, fix it. inflicted pain and you die from it. Is there anything worse? No, that's pretty scary.

I feel very very weak towards that. I believe there is a worse with the example used before, which is that you die and you find out it is all a big Sham that there's nothing but extinction. Lights out, done finished gone. Okay. Now when you think of the worst scenario, does anything still bother you? Yeah, just not being able to get up ever being stuck down.

Okay, that's clear a few hundred quadrillion layers of experience upset reaction being stuck never being able to get up. Let's go with the best scenario. What's the best thing that could happen? I speak so well everyone wants to listen to me. And what's better than that? just totally free to express myself feel feel really good about communicating, always conscious and present of others and myself.

And I'm really patient and slow and calm. And I never react because I feel so centered and balanced all the time. I feel like I'm always in control of my life in power. Okay, and is there anything better than that? thinking, winning the lottery, my grandma keeps telling me I want to win the lottery. feeling something else might be better that that you are so well, that you are in this constant place of strength and presence.

Is that better? No, you're not neutral that so let's clear another few hundred quadrillion layers to get you to do don't do that. So now when you think of constant pressure presence, and never being able to get up the worst, does anything still bother you? Oh, okay, so on does go on disgusting crosses, like, getting crossed around. Maybe I'm like being bossed around, being bossed around. Let's check something else on a scale of 10.

Now, how much is the blockage? It's the precious down. Still blocked. Still blocked. But the pressures down from what good 62 from now five before down to about three. Okay, two or three.

I think that blockage was a four before is it still a four? No. Probably around a two or three. And how much pressure? Oh, the blockage was 10 I couldn't breathe through it. Oh, that's right.

Can you breathe through it at all now? No. Okay, still blood. All right. So, so we're not to the worst yet. So, the worst before had to do with never being able to get up.

I have an idea of about what might be even worse, let me change check it out with you. It is this that you are so down, that you completely miss out on your purpose in this life. Once again. You're not new to all that let's clear another few hundred Quadri layers. And so you're sensing Armstrong awake? Yes to those reactions.

Yeah, I want when what while you're talking I kind of says Well, maybe there is something worse there. And maybe there is another worse than what we just said, which is, you know, like, you come back and it gets worse every time. Oh, you're definitely not neutral that. So not only are you able to get up, but you keep coming back and it keeps getting worse. And you basically just give up and go Went to oblivion. Let's clear another few hundred quadrillion layers.

No, I'm thinking you know you're talking about the not flowing and not breathing. That reminds me of another possible best scenario, which is that everything in your life flows smoothly. Oh you're not no you're not no to that. Everything about work relationship, finances, prosperity, work relationships with your ex the kids. We need a few hundred quadrillion quadrillion quadrillion layers to get you to that to everything flowing beautifully. Life flowing beautifully, you know, if you stop and think being able to breathe, gives us a life.

So let's get you a new total all of life completely flowing beautifully and Oh then then the worst side of that could be that everything about Bly life not only is not flowing but everything about life is blocked. Oh that's a good one. When you think about everything about your life being blocked what bothers you bring up feel like a sadness just really sad. Such a waste Okay, that's the whole lot wasted. Okay, so watch out every single other person and they lost us the same thing. Every single person was they lost, wasted valuable time on Earth.

They can't get it back they lose everything. Let's Let's relate this more directly that This happening to you caused it to happen to your kids and all their kids. Another few hundred quadrillion layers. Okay, how much flow now? With the breathing hmm interesting. It's, I can breathe through there.

Still feels like this bit of pressure on the nose. Okay, so before the blockage was 12 out of 10 How much is it now you're able to breathe a little bit. How strong is the blockage? Five Yeah, it could be a better slice. Yeah. And what are you noticing Feels like my hits calm.

Combo calm, balanced. Yeah, see what's really interesting is we're working on a physical issue. And the tendency is to think that there's physical root causes like you have a an allergy or something like that. And actually, what's coming up or needing to get neutral to a bunch of life issues and, and that's what we commonly find is that we really don't have physical issues what we have our life issues. And, and in a way, an indicator of how open it is, is how, how neutral we're getting to the life issues that we're talking about. So breathe through your your nose again.

Do that right nostril and is the blockage stellar five Well, it's starting to lighten up a little bit more maybe it's around three Okay. How you know what comes to not mine? That maybe because of struggles in the past, you don't really believe that everything in your life could flow easily. Is that true? Yeah. But there's gonna be some setbacks it's gonna be something that's going to come up because I'm I'm just not that good.

I'm not that good at at being the best at resolving conflict and, and I just think on the spot when I'm when I'm not in the right state of mind or the right state of being Okay, so let's start from the wrong place, I'll stuff things up. Okay, so what's the worst thing that can happen if you're not in the right state of being you're not resolving the conflicts. Things are not flowing well in your life. What's the worst thing that could happen is like, my head will get so stuffed and stuffy, my wife will be very stuffed with junk. I'll never be able to put anything away and never be able to get rid of anything. And my mind will be so busy and so full.

I won't even be able to think about anything. I'll be totally, totally obsessed about all the worries and troubles and issues and pain and suffering and loss issues. Okay, so let's clear another few hundred quadrillion quadrillion quadrillion layers of experience upset reaction triggers issues. Let's just clear that out. away. Get let's get you strong Up and down your midline so we can deep program this and just clear it all the way.

So now when you think of total struggle, total blocked, Jamie, thanks still body. That's interesting should have mentioned earlier in the beginning that anyone is experiencing weakness and they might have experienced weakness to a lot of the things that I'm going to wait to. They can just apply them to themselves now if they want. How do they do that, everyone? Well, this this is a really good point you're making, which is when you're hearing an example of deprogramming and reprogramming if it applies to you, all you have to say is focus on your midline and say Apply. And so we're going to strengthen everybody who's taken the scores.

To be able, excuse me, and I'm going to apply it to me right now. For everybody being able to apply and to get neutral based on examples, and what you hear and what we're doing okay, breathe again. After just clearing a little bit of smoke don't get don't get too graphic. It's still cool. Okay, cool, big blocked. Okay, so it's still at afford in terms of being blocked.

Somehow think it's related to my my new partner and I'm just having this reaction with her. So I'm not sure why. Okay, so what's the worst thing that can happen if you stay completely blocked in your relationship with this new partner? Well, part of it is that she's so dedicated that whatever I share with her content was, she absolutely devours that and learns that like, she's in university. And I'm scared because I'm not gonna put that much effort in and I'll be challenged. I think I'm afraid that she'll be even better than me.

Okay, so what's the worst thing that can happen if she's far better than you? She again thinking about it I'm not sure I can find any was point that she's just continually feel inferior. Yeah, totally insecure inferior. And you get to the point where you can't even do the work anymore. There's another kid. Yeah, there's another few hundred quadrillion layers.

Let's get your new toy to that. And what's the best scenario in terms of her learning really well and fast that she's always there to help remind me and keep me going and and i actually develop great habits of learning to and I become a genius in remembering and and my attitude towards study completely shifts to become in the genius level, remembering resigning. Recalling all information. Okay, you're not neutral that either so we're going to clear another few hundred quadrillion later. All right. Now breathe through your nose feels a lot lighter.

Okay, how is the blockage? Dola? For? No, it's, it's probably about a two but it just feels like it's hard to breathe in the nose and hard to breathe out. Okay, and how about the pressure struggle? Or is the pressure now?

Just on the top of the right right around the top, not the top of the nostril at the top of the right side, on the right side on a scale of 10 How much is it now? Let's focus on it. It's probably only two. Okay, so quite a bit of progress so far. This is really a good example, Adam, because it turns out that this blockage is just physical blockage is related to what I see how many lactate and how many major life issues have we touched on so far? 123456 I think at least six.

There's probably a couple of more. But I believe we've gone long enough with this example. And the improvement is probably sounds like it's about 80%. What I would normally do is continue what we've been doing. But for now, we want you to see how when, when something supposedly fairly straightforward comes up. That's physical, that there's often many, many different layers of life issues to deal with.

Any last comments, Adam? That's really good just to global peaceful to try and really reflect on the issues and and I guess looking at it now it's feels like oh, whatever, don't mind too much. But really like those issues were compounding fast, and they just kept getting worse. There was no way to escape them. But to just face them, they just sort of cleared. So benefit is that it doesn't seem impossible at this point.
