Hello, welcome back to the last section here of the positive power being neutral, and this is the wind up. And we're going to go through some further steps for you. So there are four areas of focus we want to suggest to you, in order to keep getting more neutral and stronger and more fit and always as you live your life. I want to emphasize that again, stronger and more fit and always because neutral is a key way of helping us do so. So our first suggestion is to keep getting neutral every day as a normal way of living using the neutral process protocol. Right now our normal way of living is reading action and struggle every day.

So we're talking about making a major shift, to get neutral every day to notice when you're reacting to even notice ahead of time and not react. But even when we do react, to stop, get to neutral. This is something that we do every day. And it makes a big difference. And both how, how much we accomplish each day, but also feeling good both during and at the end of the day. How does that come come out for you, Adam?

Well, as you as you're saying this I just hope all the listeners at home can. Well it's going through the recording because I don't know just receiving some kind of blessing and Just a powerful energy just came into top of my head as, as you were saying that and it must be really true that something out there is really getting us to a way of thinking every day, instead of reacting. How can I get neutral to this? That was the question that hits my head. So keep asking that question how can I get neutral to this instead of this is bothering me or this person does this or that? Whatever it is.

Let's let's get neutral to this. What is it that I need to get neutral to? What's causing me to react? What? And then going away and doing the process? Okay, second, keep learning about what is affecting us human beings.

There is a recommended reading list on pages 44 45 covers a number of different aspects about how to keep improving ourselves. For example, the first one is my first book. And in it I, of course, cover a new tool in it. But there's also a part of it that says, How to accept yourself. That's chapter 19 actually. So it is both an autobiography and a teaching book.

And then the next four references all have Mmm, clues about what to get new to to for various situations, we find ourselves in and they they are wonderful references. I have for example, and the first one heater wisdom if you find that you Keep having headaches. And you're not quite sure of why you might cross reference in there and you'll see a number of reasons for getting headaches and, and, and places to go to. And there are different subjects covered, and, and the recommended reading list and you might see what is there that you're attracted to. Alright third, keep learning more ways to get to neutral. For example, if you go to page for your materials, there's options, many options for becoming more neutral.

So as you keep being more aware of the impact of it, you might experiment with some of the different ways and make them a part of your thinking and your life as well. Okay, fourth, get support. connect with people of like mine with whom you can work to sharpen your neutral skills. We've set up a face group, Facebook group, face to face group Book Two to facilitate that. Because this will give you a way to contact other people who have taken this course and be able to contact and say, gee, maybe we let's do an exchange to help each other get to neutral.
