Hello and welcome back to the positive power being neutral. And this is beware of the warnings part two. At the end of part one, we worked on my issue of clearing my sinus condition. And a minute or two after that I started noticing pressure the top of my sort of chest area. And I realized now that it was linked to my lungs and the top part of the muscles of my lungs, maybe that top region of the lungs wasn't getting full capacity. It wasn't even opening up properly so that I could have enough oxygen to work more easily.

And I realized that the muscles were just fatigued already after that short amount of time so but me buying into those warnings. I wasn't getting enough oxygen. My grandfather always said you got sinus condition because you're not breathing enough oxygen. And then my girlfriend said you should do Some jogging. And there's reports that people that do jogging completely eliminate their sinus condition, which means that it is actually deficiency of oxygen in some some respects, but a buying into those beliefs caused me to, to hold on to that to actually stop the muscles from working properly. And now we're going to go into some of the ways that we can stay strong and not be bothered by warnings.

So we're going to educate ourselves. Yeah. And and really, what's, what's great Adam, is when we finished the first part, we thought, Oh, great, the benefits are that you were breathing fully and pressure was gone. And now, you've realized they're even more great benefits, which is wonderful. And that frequently happens when you get to neutral that unexpected benefits show up All right, let's talk about some things that that can be done to eliminate buying into warnings. And first gives us an opportunity to talk about the resources and the recommended reading list on pages 44 and 45.

And one of the first few that are listed there have to do with a deeper understanding of how our beliefs life issues, feelings impact us. And so there are four resources that describe non physical root causes for symptoms. One of them is a wonderful collection by malaria more, call heat or wisdom, beliefs by disease and trauma. also creating emotional flow by Sarah James Have them have done extensive compilation of ways beliefs that we buy into warnings and other beliefs that create our symptoms. And then one of the very first people to draw attention this was Louise Hay. And one of her early books was heal your body A to Z.

And then a fourth one is by Carol Truman. It's called feelings better buried alive, never die, a wonderful description as she goes into more depth. So, a second thing we can do is develop a healthy skepticism and not buy into all the warning. We need to realize that numerous people for example, smoke and drink or get exposed to many different risks and still live long, healthy lives. For instance, there's been people in situations where other people like in and nuclear disasters. Some people just aren't affected by them.

But what about the secondhand smoke one? Oh, that's a good one. I'm not smoking the secret directly, but because I could smell the smell this book, I'm gonna get cancer too. Yeah. Oh, that's a bummer. So we just don't buy into that.

Third, and we've mentioned this before, about getting energetically strong. I can tell you that Adam and I get energetically strong do 100% every day and when we are strong, there's nothing outside of us that is stronger than what is inside of it. So please keep sharpening your skills. Getting to neutral to deal with and eliminate your symptoms and while getting strong every day. Also, there are many modalities. It almost seems like there's a new one every day.

And they help numerous people. And no modality seems to help everyone. So be open to modalities that teach how to help your symptoms go away. Find those that help you work on yourself as well as others, and they show demonstrable results. For example, rather than having to go for treatments for months a year. And fourth, cultivate a life of joy, fun positive thoughts and thankfulness.

It's interesting then clinical research demonstrates that laughter stimulates our immune response. And help helps to keep us healthy. I just remember the example of Norman Cousins. All right, he, he had the terminally ill non non curable cancer and just said I'm gonna laugh this away.

And eventually did. Yeah, what I remember that he did was to get all kinds of movies and television programs that were about laughter comedies and he went to his apartment. He just watched and listened to them and laugh day in and day out, day out, got himself completely well. That's the best example. All right, Alright, we're ready to move on.
