Hello, and welcome to the positive power big neutral. And in this section we're going to cover the neutral process protocol and neutral demonstration. Now this is where we find the meat in between the sandwich so to speak, the good stuff, the pickled vegetables, the really good stuff that we're really going to go into and be courageous with this activity. And we're welcome back Leroy. Thank you very much. Well, as we have said in several ways, key benefits of going to neutral, his internal peace, patience, kindness with yourself and others.

And this sounds great, but the question is, where do you start and primary place and on a day in and day out basis, is being more aware of when your energy is going stronger weak, which is most important to becoming neutral Because it gets you to notice when something is bothering you, and remember everything that's bothering you, your energy goes weak too. So, in order to do this on a more systematic basis, another way of finding where to start is to answer some questions that can help reveal opportunities for going to doto. So please pause and complete the statements with as many responses as come to mind on pages 26 and 27. And please restart the video after you've completed the exercise. Okay, welcome back. What you have created by answering those questions is your own tailor made specifically designed list of where you need to go neutral.

And you might take a moment now, to just put a checkmark by those statements that bother you the most. There's lots of opportunity because your energy goes weak to all the statements that you responded to it. So, in order to illustrate the neutral process protocol, we will actually use an example. And this is the same example that is and your your materials were the protocol is explained. So the way the protocol works is you focus on a person, group organization situation or event that that bothers you. And there's an example with a client Who said, I work in this office?

And the real problem is, is that everybody claims complaints too much. So, when asked to define the worst scenarios, regarding people complaining too much, the person said negativity is created everywhere. Everybody's always stuck in the negative. And then what are the best scenarios? What is it you want to desire? Well, it'd be great if everybody was enthusiastic about everything, always staying positive, expressing appreciation and all things.

So then in checking with the person, the question was, well, given they complain too much, does anything still bother you? And so the person said, well, there is A lack of motivation to make things better. So then the question, well, what bothers you about that? It creates a breakdown in productivity. And what bothers you about that? The reason for being ceases to exist.

What bothers you about that? Well, extinction, they closed down the office. So if you're still if the person still bothered, and and even if they're bothered about getting to neutral, you ask what bothers you about not being able to get to neutral? Well, I don't want to keep reacting. Well, what bothers you about that? It's damaging to people in relationships.

And what bothers you about that, and the person who said I get negative, I feel hopeless, and we'll lose relationships. So When we're getting to neutral, sometimes when we're just going to one way or the other. For example, we call that a two way neutral. And an example of that is a person always wanting to be calm and peaceful versus always reacting. And if that isn't working, then you break it apart. It's kind of like what we call a four way neutral.

And you take each phrase from each side, getting to the best and the worst for both of them. So it's always calm and peaceful, versus never common, peaceful, always reacting versus never reacting. And if the person still seems to be stuck, just kind of check the layers of stuckness in a way, just count to a number that you're attracted to thousands, billions, trillions, quadrillions and focus on the midline And then check again. And so there's the key question E, which is at the bottom of page 28, which is when you focus on the energy on the situation, does anything bother you? And this helps you to determine if you're neutral or not. And if not, again, you keep digging deeper and deeper and asking what is worse is illustrated on page 29.

So, in order to work with this, what we're going to ask you to do is to choose the three responses on pages 26 and 27. that bother you the most, and write out your worst and best scenarios for each in order to get to neutral. And then keep going back to IE. When you focus on the situation, does anything bother you? And in relation to the worst again, If it's if the person says, Well, yes, I'm still bothered and you ask what that is and get new to that, and they're still bothered, then you need to check. Are they new to the best scenario as well? Once you get to the point where they say, No, I'm not bothered anymore, that you know, the person has got to neutral.

So I do this work with yourself, you can do it by writing out are some people prefer to just kind of speak to themselves to do this. Now, again, as was suggested earlier, if there's someone you can bounce your responses off with, in other words, you can verbalize with them and and get their kind of reactions and observations that might help you to get to neutral as well. So have a good time with us. Exercise, this is one of the most important things to be doing as part of this course, which is to be repeatedly sharpening your skills and getting to neutral or not. Adam, what would you say about this? Yes, so I've followed this process numerous times, with many people.

And it really is as simple as focus on the situation. Find out and keep and keep going. What is the worst case scenario? What is the best case scenario? And we're going to go into a bit of detail later on about the science behind it all. How does these energy work actually collapse the waves and change it back to the particles and it really does work so it's maybe a little bit difficult at first to look at our own wounds.

To look at our own issues, but really try and get onto that, getting our energy stroll or using the pure awareness technique, which is described in in the previous section. And yeah, come from that place. And then once you start from that place, you can focus on the issue and you can get out of it very fast just by asking the questions. So just like feel, get a feeling but don't get stuck there. Just keep asking the questions. And eventually, if you patient or just wait for the right time that a solution will appear.

The answers will come. However, as Leroy suggested as well, it is very, very interesting that when someone else is asking us the question, we almost feel obligated to answer so we'll come up with the answers much quicker. So That's my feedback. All right, have a good time with this exercise and happy skill building.
