Hello, and welcome to the positive power of being neutral. And in this part we're going to talk about part one of energetic strength and alignment. Now this is quite a detailed section here, we're going to cover quite a lot of stuff. But don't get discouraged because after a while, it becomes really simple. And you can do this process within a minute or two. And it really is very powerful to be in this place.

So les was going to read you the outcome now. We need to get our energy strong, to 100% strong every day using the steps described in Pages 12 to 15 in the binder. This is really important. Because if we go back and we've talked a lot so far, about energy we can strong we really only have those two energy states. There's no great and we are strong or weak to everything. And what we want to be able to do is to increase our awareness every day of what is meant by your energy being weak or strong.

Because when we're aware of it, and notice we're being weak, then we can consciously strengthen our energy. And we want it to be 100% strong every day, because the option is that we are weak for some or all part of a day. So just to summarize what we've covered so far, our energy goes weak to 80% of our own thoughts and feelings, reactions, upset judgments and so on. And we unconsciously feel and believe that weaknesses on automatic most of us are not very sensitive to feeling the difference between strong and weak internally. We move away from our natural state of internal strength, wellness abundance, invite our vitality without even realizing it's not unconscious or subconscious. And when we get more aware, we can move back into that natural state.

So so you'll find in this description, that there are some ways to feel what being internally strong is like. So for example right now, say your real name outline five times. And notice what you sense when you do that. Then if you can, if Go ahead. So yeah, I'll just say that in my head, but yeah, not over the audience that people could get get that going themselves. And then another way of sensing being internally strong is just a walk three steps forward.

Another option, remember Remember a big belly laugh and what that felt like. And then a really key one is to remember doing something where you were feeling a great sense of accomplishment. That is a time when we really feel strong inside. And when you when you ask people, they often say they feel calmer, energized, stronger, lighter, happier, etc. And, and began to notice what feeling strong is like. Then let's do the opposite, which is to feel what being internally weak is like.

So you say My real name is pick a name that's not yours like my name is jack. My name is jack. My name is jack. Say that five times out loud and see what you said or what you experienced inside. Again, the options walk three steps backward. Remember reacting if being upset.

Remember feeling down. Remember being discouraged or feeling hopeless about what you were doing. So if you just focus on any one of those right now, or more than one and notice what you're sensing when we ask people they often say weaker, deflated, let down, energy going down. If you didn't get a chance to do that, while this is running, put it on pause. So that you can really experience this please. And as I said, as you are more and more aware of this, then you can decide about shifting in order to be stronger.

So, you know, we all always say, you know, there's a difference between an Apollinaire orange. That's like saying there's a difference in what we experience between being internally strong and being internally weak. So, what we want to do as part of getting our energy strong every day, and by the way, I urge you to go through these pages every day for a couple of weeks and as soon as he helps and and you know, as as early in the day as possible, and get your spinal cord strong, your core energy strong. And our spinal cord is involved in virtually everything we physically do. So it's a it's important to be strong every day. And while your spinal cord and your central core or your midline are not physically the same, making one strong, helps make the other strong and we strengthen them both at the same time.

So for example, again, right now focus on your midline, a strong central core right up and down the middle of your body. And focus on strength and light and energy. Some of those times you thought of when we were saying, notice when you're being strong. So as it says briefly touch the top of your head and the basis of your spine in order to locate them in space. And you don't have to keep touching them. And imagine this core to be of any size right up and down the middle of your body.

Full of energy strength, laughter light love. Once suggestion is you can help do this by imagining you're wearing a Tall zippered jacket, and physically moving your hand up and down in front of your body from the top of your head down to your crotch and physically feel that shift. imagine it being strong to 100 out of 100. And he still does not feel like 100 See if you can sense where there is vertical weakness and they just focus on that being strong. One way to do that is if you move your hand in front of you, up and down, and notice if you feel weak at any place vertically, then zip up and down at those places. Now, one thing that sometimes happens is that our polarity is reversed and we don't always know why it reverses.

For example, One time I was giving a workshop, it was about 30 minutes away. I drove over. And it was an uneventful drive. It was a beautiful morning, I walked into the workshop room and if something didn't feel right, then I realized it was me. And my polarity is reversed. Now you can sense this in this way, which is our natural state is that our energy is strong when our feet are pointed in at about 45 degrees.

And it's naturally weak when our when our feet are pointed out at about 45 degrees. And this is a book because of the way our bodies are constructed, and the way our energy flows in and around our body. So when our energy is strong, toes pointed in, we pointed out our polarity is aligned with our natural state and we say our polarity is straight. And if our energy is weak with our toes and our strong with toes that are polarities reversed. And it's like saying your energy is not aligned or your compass reach South instead of North. And what we'll do, and part two is to look at how to reverse our relator polarity.

So our compass reads North instead of South. So what we'd like for you to do is take some time to just be getting your energy strong, as we have described here, as it is described, and your your materials. So quick question Leroy. So we put out fake out 45 degrees, so pointing both of them pointing away from each other. Yeah, we notice how that feels. Yeah, and then we then we just play Amid naturally, yeah, what do we have to go in further, I go in 45 degrees, going 45 degrees, and then notice how it feels, yeah.

And then what happens if we don't feel the difference, or we don't feel that strong polarity. If you're not sensing the difference, I would point them in and do the exercise of remembering when you felt strong and see if that happens. And then I would point them out and do the exercise of when you your energy was going weak. Any one of those different ways we describe and, and see if it feels that way. And if you find it reversed, then it's likely that your polarity is reversed. And we'll address that in the next segment in the next lecture.
