Hello and welcome to the positive power big neutral. And we're coming to the third part of the triad, the spirit triad, being an only seeing unity. This is one of the most remarkable and simplest tools that I've had not found, can dramatically change the way that we look at life and immediately attract our goals much more easily than ever before. Welcome back, Roy. Thank you. And part three of the Spirit triad really is a reminder that, first of all, day in and day out basis, when we get neutral to specific events, that it helps us get stronger to our life each day.

Then when we take a longer term view that includes all aspects of of the Spirit triad. And particularly, when we begin to visualize what we want in our life, then when when we have times to go neutral and we're strengthening, we can also strengthen our desired state and what we want. And again, by getting more neutral, we're getting stronger and stronger to our life every day. So the third part of the triad is the true self is one, and thankful, as though the desired situation already exists. And we'll elaborate on each one of these. The true self is one refers back to page 16 in the book, and the statement at the bottom, is it the true self is one with everything, everything one with the true self One with Divine Spirit in order and with one's infinite potential.

This is not coming from a religious or a particular religious set of beliefs. It's more one saying that we are one with the universe. And so it's an affirmation that when we get strong to it every day, along with getting your central core to 100%, and in doing that, of focusing on the unconditional love in your heart, what this enables us to do is to be more free to act with full energy and commitment and keep connecting to our passion instead of our energy blocks. Leroy it really was interesting there on this slide. When you said as non religious thing, and then I started thinking about a little bit deeper and I got to the point where the law of attraction works, to aim to where we want, wherever we think we're thinking about, we attract those thoughts. And we connect up to this information highway by just saying these words.

We are connecting to the to the source of all things to help us to align with what we want. So that's what we're really doing, right? Yes, we want to be. In other words, as we get stronger and stronger every day to our life. And remember, we adults are down to only 20% strong as we are get stronger and stronger. We are more in touch with what we want in this life, and and better able to get there which actually reduces the frequency with which we need to go to neutral.

Excellent. So let's talk about the desired state. There are many number of ways to define a desired state. And one of them is really interesting because if you if you look at activities, you have a passion for our skills in which you have confidence. This tends to build on what is naturally strong inside of you. In other words, if you say, you know, I'm really great at solving technical problems, and you know, I really enjoy it.

Well, that has energy in it. And, and then if you start defining your desired state around that, you know, working in an area where you really are excited. This helps capture that image that you then consciously and unconsciously make happen. And then you can get more specific in terms of focusing a lot on what you desire in a particular city. In other words for other desired outcomes, results, benefits. And another way, which I find very powerful is to describe a situation at some point in the future as though you were talking about it to someone else.

And you know, I would say like, okay, six months from now, I imagined that item and I are talking and and this is what I'm saying. So that's what I want to end up being able to describe. We can create this picture by brainstorming statements, you know, at least five to six each more if you find them, you know, coming up. I see statements I feel and let your imagination run free. Stay away from my thank statements since they will tend to limit creativity and after we brainstorm the list, then Then we select the statements that best describe your desired outcomes. Let's look at some examples.

I see statements. I see my business growing at 10% a year. I see I'm in a great loving sharing romantic relationship with my significant other. I see myself with freedom, ease and synchronicity and all that I do. I see sleeping easily and arising refreshed and energized. I see I'm doing work that I enjoy, and I'm getting satisfaction from it.

I see total physical and our respiratory system wellness. We chose these examples to give you a wide range all the way from, you know, when people aren't sleeping well or it seems like everything is a struggle, then these would be dealing with those situations in a positive way. You're probably the opposite of what they're feeling or what they're, what is the issue that they're going through? Yeah, yeah, if I keep, for example, if I keep saying, My gosh, it seems like everything I have to do I have to struggle. Well, that's causing my energy to go weak. And I'm not capturing my desired state.

And I'm in it. It causes me to stay in the struggling state, if you will. That sounds like the self fulfilling prophecy. Definitely. Well, both ways. It's self fulfilling.

When we're saying they things that our energy goes weak to, guess what we get struggle. So that's self fulfilling. When we focus on what excites us. That's self fulfilling. It's the Ford just popped into my mind, Henry Ford, it says, whether you can or you can't, you're right. It's right.

If you think you can, and you can't if you don't think you can. You can't Well, let's look at some I feel statements. This taps into some of the emotional energy we have. I feel optimistic and energized every day. I really get satisfaction from meeting my customers needs. You know, it feels great to get this progress and problem resolving problems.

I'm really happy and joyful about having positive relationships. I feel peaceful, calm and centered as I get more neutral to life's events. Amen. Good one. All right. So once we have these statements, and we select the ones that were most best capture what we want to do, then we need to be thankful For them, as though the desired situation already exist.

So, any anytime you think of a situation, give thanks, be grateful, be excited. This increases the daily experience of peace, patience, kindness, respect and appreciation of yourselves and others. And it helps to visualize each point of the triad. Remember, we talked about the base of the Triad as supporting the whole trial. So we want to visualize a strong connection between the points of that triad as well. And then check and be strong to everything to all that you're that you're doing and being add to it being unconditional.

Present now, doing it totally absolutely completely perfectly. Interesting, Leroy. I think you gave everything example earlier in the workshop about the giving someone $1 which it keeps expanding our weaknesses. Could you go through that quickly? Yeah, if I, if I say to you, Adam, will you give me $1? And you get it to me?

And I say, well, Adam, will you give me a daughter? You say, Well, I already gave it to you. Well, Adam, give me $1. I mean, this is a crazy example. But it's what we do. Every time we keep asking, we're acting like we don't have it.

And when in actuality, when we are affirming what we desire, then we are making it happen. Yeah, and, and something I just wanted to run through here. So this is totally different way of thinking instead of just asking and saying for the things we actually give thanks. Thank you for being here. Being grateful and excited. And as I mentioned earlier, it was a huge shift for me when I actually did this.

And I noticed immediately, my energy getting stronger for the statements. And it was really interesting. So I really encourage you all to do that. And of course, the strong connections, which is the spirit triad, once you've connected all those, so you think about each one, and then focus on your midline for strength, and then just read out to be strong, everything or unconditional absolutely perfectly and completely after you strengthen each side and focus on the midline, h1 and then strengthen the whole thing. So that sort of gets strong into your central core, which could also be referred to as like a channel of memory, like recharging your computer well away or you're reprogramming your computer to get the result of stronger, more peaceful and actually achieving what you really want in life. Excellent.

Well, that's good for wishing well we don't want we do enough of that. Exactly. Now to there's another couple of ways of looking at at some of the excitement or some of the positives of capturing our energy in our desired state. And one of them is called a secret visualization tool. And it comes from the secret by Rhonda Bryan and We got permission to refer to it. And if you go to page 42 of the participant materials, go to the website that reference to see the video that puts words and music, along with really strong emotions to to show how you can have more energy for parts of your desired state.

And I'd urge you to go to watch that video. And then to help make things a little lighter. There's Swami beyond Ananda 10 guidelines for enlightenment, and that's on page 43. And he helps us look at things in a happier and more easy light. I noticed that the other day I'm just said, I'm just gonna laugh more. This is just really boring, but I'm just Gonna start laughing and eventually some jokes came out and, and the whole rest of my, my, my working time was filled with laughter it didn't really worry about anything but yeah, to make it lighter and more playful is definitely a secret key to not being too fixated on on what we desire, but um, you know, just laughing along the side, it's not about the destination, it's about the journey.

So that's where we want to have a bit more fun with this. Interesting By the way, you remind me that each morning at breakfast, there's a little book we have on our table, and I read these fun statements. And my guess my wife and myself laughing at breakfast. It's a really nice way to start breakfast. Yeah, so that's the more things to making life a little bit more funny. If you can do To workplace or to family life.
