Hello and welcome to the positive pouting neutral. And in this section we're going to cover the wear of the warnings. audix. What does that entail, Roy? Well, the warnings are very, very interesting. Because when we buy into them, they alone can cause disease.

And how are we reacting to these? We've been learned and been taught in many ways to stay away from things that can harm us. We're we're told they can harm our nervous system. So our survival instincts, our gut feelings, our beliefs and fears about safety, disease, infection, addiction prevention. All of these things cause us to behave in certain ways, like washing our hands and avoid avoiding harmful things and If we do a encounter harmful things, then start worrying about what they're going to do to us. Now, this has become a big epidemic in our society today and has and you find people who are basically turning themselves inside out to avoid things which means the more they do that the weaker it causes their energies to be.

In Australia we have a public in schools now, Ilan even allowed to bring peanut butter into schools because people have so many allergies to do with peanut butter become very any knots. You know, it's interesting because I, I say to people, there's no such things as allergies. And they look at me like I'm absolutely crazy and saying, Oh, yeah, well look at all these reactions. But then When you get them to new to all of them, all of a sudden the reactions go away. So what happened to the allergies, they're gone. Now there's a really neat example about how buying into these things can affect us.

And there's an article from about a Nashville physician who had a patient who came in with the Safa Google cancer. Now at the time, everybody in the medical profession, believed that nobody survived this kind of cancer, and that's what they told me. They offered him a treatment. And he took it. And a few weeks later, he died. So they did an autopsy.

And guess what, there was no esophageal cancer lamp. Their treatment had worked, and there was no other cancer, our disease and his body. That would explain this day. So the doctor said, in essence that the patient died of esophageal cancer, but not from esophageal cancer. In other words, he died of his belief that nobody's survives. esophageal cancer.

That's absolutely staggering that beliefs are that powerful that can lead to death. But I'm sure that's not the only example of that, but that's a really good one. Well, there was there are others we hear about that we don't have first hand experience. But we hear about Voodoo and certain cultures, that when the Voodoo doctor says you're going to die, people die. Very powerful beliefs. Well, there's another way that this got explained by Mahatma Gandhi, who said, your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your values, and your values become your destiny.

In other words, you live them out. That is so true. And actually keeping these words printing them out putting them somewhere and remaining conscious of it. And then just looking at what is your outcome, what you've been doing, and then sort of going backwards chunking backwards back to your thoughts, always has led me on a path to discover what the real issue was. So that's a very powerful thing to remain unconsciously present of for all of us. Well, and and you and I decided to do a demonstration of getting neutral and we did it around you having Had hay fever since age nine.

Yes. And you were very strongly feeling these symptoms, our last recording session. So we actually recorded a lecture of getting to do to the symptoms. And that lecture is included in the skill building session later on in the program. But then we realized that there was another reason for Adam not being neutral to hate fever. And it is that the warnings that he had bought into at an early age, and we decided to include the lecture to get neutral about this in this section.

So we're going to do that right now. So how to get neutral to the warning. So Adam, first of all, when we worked last time, we worked on getting rid of that hay fever symptoms, please tell us where we started with the simple Come slash time, and where you are now. Well, it was strange because it was like it was planned to happen to be cleared now because the right side was blocked, and I could barely barely, I couldn't even breathe through it without blocking the other side to get through. And there was a bit of pressure on the, on the nose on the right side. And now it's a day and a half later.

It's gone over to the left side, blocking the left nostril. Not so much, maybe around 50% blockage and no one or two pressure and how much blockage was there when it was on the right. It was almost completely blocked. So we've gone belly free. So we've gone from 10 to zero blockage on the right and the pressure on the right was how much about FOSS So we've gone from five, pressure on the right to zero. And now we have pressure of how much?

About two or three, two or three on the left side. So, Adam, when when you think of having bought into those warnings, which we do, by the way, non consciously subconsciously, what's the worst thing that can happen? If we don't help you eliminate those warnings and you still buy into guess no matter what could take medication forever, and in certain cases, it won't work. And they will just disturb my work. It'll disturb my Work it'll stop just thinking writing I'll be embarrassed always sneezing and what's worse just completely excusing myself being totally stuck unable to even do anything because I'm always interrupted. feels like it's a big interrupted interruption.

Haha. Well and also it feels like you'd be judging yourself all the way along to. Yes. So what's the worst thing that can happen if you keep judging yourself and interrupting whatever you're doing? Just get angry and really frustrated myself. Okay, and what's worse than that?

I'm still not sure I'm getting a bit scared to think about it. Okay, so stuck and scared and let's make it worse. Your sim your symptoms, your difficulty breathing gets worse and worse and worse. You just can't function anymore. Yes. Okay, let's clear a few hundred quadrillion levels of experienced reaction, belief, every single belief about hay fever, from every age conscious, non conscious.

Let's delete that from your computer, your good old brain computer. And then let's reprogram to the unconditional love that you now What's the best thing that can happen if you never buy into any of these warnings ever again. Get a sense of pace and feeling free. feeling free and peaceful and going smoothly and watch better. Well, keep focusing on memory. I just feel more conscious all the time and watch better.

Sounds like another possibility as you've been so used to having this affection that you completely forget that and are just breathing beautifully without even really realizing it. Yeah, that's what I've heard that breath is the key to all of our metabolic functions to our body to I guess breath would affect absolutely every function not only just our brain because our brain takes one third of the oxygen but if we breathe better I probably feel just wonderful my brain would work better I'll start to simulate being unconditional love and unconditional presence all the time. Okay, really compassionate. Okay, so you're not new to this best scenario either. So let's clear another few hundred quadrillion layers to get you new to this. And now when you think of being stuck and not able to breathe does anything body not being able to breathe?

Well, the base still. Okay, so what's the worst scenario again? Not being able to breathe well I guess struggling struggling struggling to to to move struggling to breathe struggling to do anything. Okay let's make it worse and you end up not being able to breathe and you die and leave your kids with no father. Oh that's clear another few criteria and layers to get you neutral to that. So now when you think of totally struggling to breathe does anything bother?

Seems like I went blank there. Cool. So I have blocked is your left nostril now. We just cleared a bit that's when we Say your horn works. How are your lights? That was a pun Adam.

Huh? Okay, how locked is your left nostril? Still about two. Okay, and how much pressure? I think the pressure is pretty much gone. Okay, cool.

No pressure. All right. So there's still a little blockage. So let's see what's, what's going on there. Ah, life issues. What So, what's the worst thing that can happen?

If there are numerous ways you keep feeling blocked in your life, in your living and then your life might They totally just getting a lot of frustration okay? So myself self regret okay what's the worst thing that can happen if you're living a life of self regret and frustration now I'm thinking like my children will go up bad and bad beliefs that would be supported properly. Now look at the last two. Okay so that in first it the worst thing that can happen is you will you've wasted your life by staying blocked and suffering. So let's clear another few hundred quadrillion layers to get you to that. So now, when you think of your children and youth Totally wasting your lives.

Anything bother you can't really feel anything too much. Now, you know that that's a really good one because you know any, if we started having a rational discussion and saying, you know, does it bother you about wasting your life and your children waster, they're here everybody would say, Oh, yes, of course. But you know, that exactly is a great example of us not wanting to think about or verbalize things, such things, and yet they are at the root in terms of causing us not to be neutral and to continue to have in our symptoms. So it's not rushed. No, it's not logical at all to society. Sure now, how much blockage?

Breeze? Huh? Well, I have no restriction to force myself to break through the nostrils but it's still a tiny little bit. One maybe down to a one. Okay, so there's something that's bothering you. Okay?

What What if it's something like this, let me throw out an idea. What about how it's always taken us so much time once you have blockage to get rid of it? What's the worst thing that can happen if it always takes over? Huge amount of time and effort and compensation to get rid of the blockage. Let's be honest, I don't believe it really I get I give up after a little bit of time I give up so very quickly so let's get you new to the game or even develop any skills or anything give up pretty fast. Okay, so let's get you're new to the giving up and never getting rid of blockages in your life and to never have any kind of blockage ever, ever again, that everything flows easily and smoothly.

Not new to that one either. Another few hundred quadrillion layers of experience upset reaction. fears, clear animal way, hitting the delete key. So now how blocked is your left nostril Well I'm not sure. I feel like it's 90 98% blocked but there's still some pressure that I'm feeling that it's feels like the skin is closed like the skin doesn't wake up the skins now. You said it was 98% open so it's 2% black still, but where's the skin that's not open.

It feels like inside when you breathe in, the skin is still relaxed and all the skin is still closed. It just feels like that's the left side hasn't woken up completely. Okay, so like issues around still closed. So feels like there's about five things in your life that still feel closed. What is it that bothers you about things in your life? I have to feel like they're closed and not open.

Now I'm thinking about my parents. And I'm thinking about all this over mothering that I've been doing and really their inaction, people's inaction to improve themselves and get better. Okay, so let's just I just want to end that really, because I know that it's not working it affects me fix them. Okay, so let's get your neutral to always being totally negative affected you and them and always having blocks and neutral to you and they'll never have any any blocks ever again. Either in yourself or in your relationships. So now, how open is your left nostril accounts doesn't feel like pressure just feels like it's starting to know it feels pretty even.
