Hello, and welcome to the positive power of being neutral. This is the second part of energetic strength and alignment. And labor is going to take us through some of the steps to get our energy aligned and some other issues that we need to address. Other things. Welcome back, Roy. Thank you.

When we did the first part of this, we were working on polarity and what to do if our polarity is reversed. And so let's do this together. Please. Please make a series of circles with your hand are both hands. If you like directing the orchestra, for example, it can be any size any direction. It's a circle, that is a strong symbol for us human beings.

And then make a series of infinity signs again It's a strong symbol. Make a few of those. And now we're going to tap across the top back of our head in a circular motion. So start at the top, go down to an air across to the base of your skull over to the other ear, and continue tapping in this circular motion, four or five times. It's like rebooting your computer. Alright, now we're gonna tap the top middle of our chest bone.

And while we're doing that, out loud, go ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. And then also on the top of the head, do the same thing. Ha ha ha. And then the on the large vertebrae at the base of the neck, tap again and go haha. Again all of this by way of getting our alignment straight and balance. Now, if after doing this, you're still not feeling aligned or strong in your midline.

Keep feeling strong to each of the following. For example, what is it that bothers me about being questioned or being asked for personal information? See if you're strong or weak to the RFU, when you answer to do you feel bothered by that and then get stronger Up and down your midline imagine that everything in my life is equal or better than anything I ever believe thought experience fear desired wanted and expected because your energy feels stronger weak to that, and again aligns right up and down the middle of your body. You might do the zipping up and down at this point as well. And then we need to get neutral to everything in my life is the opposite from what I believe thought experienced fear desired, wanted and expected. Neutral to everything always been the opposite.

Never clear. And then and then neutral to nothing ever been the opposite all aligned. And Leroy those like corrections that we're doing now for everyone to apply to themselves. Yes, please. Thank you. And then the next thing we want to do for everyone One of us now is to optimize your physical presence.

And it's saying it for myself, and you say it for yourself and my body, and this life on this earth in this dimension. And again, step up and down, focus on your midline while you're doing that. So, each of these things works. Not only for getting our midline, strong, but helping us with alignment and balance as well. We can also take a next step, and body, mind, spirit are all important. So we want to strengthen and we're again, we're doing this for everyone.

Each one of them strong when they're separate and equal. And then we're going to combine them and make them strong and even and equal Now if also you seem to be preoccupied and you know if I was feeling that way, I could send my mind excuse me off into the black holes in the universe and as strengthen this great mental energy to process information and millisecond and accurately pinpoint truth. So So for those of you at home, this asked your mind to send you back in your mind back to the black hole, basically read that and apply that to yourself and then zip up. Then next, we need to get neutral to self sabotage. Always self sabotaging ourselves, never self self sabotaging ourselves. And again after each one, zip up and down three or four times, and check to see If you're feeling strong at that point, if you're still feeling off balance, you can strengthen alignment and balance by feeling strong in your brain and along your midline to each of the following.

So let's go into all of our brains and strengthen left to right, right to left, front to back, back to front, top to bottom, bottom to top, inner to outer, outer to inner, beyond inner to outer, beyond outer there. And let's apply that to each of our nervous systems. a pattern of whole structural body and apply it to thoughts, relationships, any aspect of your life where you're feeling weakness, and to your entire universe. Just good. And, believe it or not, there's a next step that we can take Which is being in an empty space. And being there like being neutron is a strong place to be.

When you get down to looking at atoms and the particles around them, it's mostly empty space. And so at a very, very basic fundamental level, the building blocks of us and the whole universe. It's mostly emptiness. So when we strengthen ourselves to emptiness and empty spaces, we're affirming and recognizing the reality of our existence. We are existing in this universe, mostly empty space. And it also supports our being in a common peaceful place.

And again, for more information on this, you can look at page 15 in the participant materials, the binder okay. So let's review. When we're getting our midline strong, we can rub the bottom of our spine up and down a few times. Tap on the collarbone while saying haha. Tap on the back of the head in circles. Pretend to put on a jacket and zip it up and down several times.

Visualize your sinful core strong and for all you start trekkers full of light like a Star Wars lightsaber, filled with light, love, joy, laughter and a couple more alternatives is to laugh more like remembering the time when you had a big belly laugh. And a second way of doing it is to think of something you really love to do, or a place you like to be. and revisit that for a few moments. Again, all of this by way of getting our energy strong every day. And and and And the middle of the day as well, if things are not feeling completely strong to you, it's easy then to kind of just set and, and get strong up and down our midline. So, Leroy, um, there was a lot of information here a lot of activities to do physically.

So if we feel like we're out of balance, we should just come back to re listen to this audio, this video again, because there is some some energetic shifts performed in here that could help.
