Now another beautiful thing that Napoleon Hill talks about. And this is also something that's introduced in NLP and in real life is what's known as a mastermind. And a mastermind can be people who are there with you physically, or people who have even passed away and are no longer here. There's the idea of spirits being able to pass on their knowledge and their memories and their, you know, their being their essence. And whether you agree with those types of beliefs or not, that's quite alright. Because I believe that through today's technology, you have the ability to learn enough about a person that you can almost replicate similar decisions that they would make by simply knowing decisions they had already made before.

It's kind of like, you know, building a large enough of a profile about someone that you can start thinking the way they would think and when you start Thinking about in the way that other people would think that you look up to, you instantly start seeing the successful outcomes and opportunities likewise that they would have or did even in similar situations. So the mastermind is always a unique technique that allows you to basically go inside your mind, relax, we often do something where we do a technique called going to your center, or you know, going into your mastermind or your meeting. And it's just kind of like going down stairs, you visualize yourself going down walking down stairs, till it gets completely dark when it's completely dark. Everything around you is completely dark, you know, you're on your unconscious is fully taken over. You walk inside of a door, and then there's a table it's a round table, and it's equally round so that everyone has an equal amount of power, except for you where you stand your areas raised up above all the others.

And you know, you're the head of the mastermind, but everyone is there to your benefit, and they all have equal SES. And you can place as many people as you want there. You know, I often like the idea of having 12 people and I've been the 13th member of a mastermind and, you know, I have different people throughout history, you know, whether I want to be you know, someone who's more, you know, powerful and, you know, aggressive in their nature or someone who's more, you know, ingenious and tactile, you know, who do I want to take advice from, and there's all types of things inside of the mastermind. You can have people like Abe Lincoln, there's George, George Washington, or you know, people from our history or even people who are alive, then you can take them inside your mastermind, and simply base ideas off of them and, you know, have them a soundboard of how would they think how would they advise and it allows you to attack the same idea that you're looking at from New angles and the idea of the master And even having the roundtables that you place your idea in the center, and each person goes at it from their angle, and eventually you can see 360 what an outcome will will be or you know what you maybe you've seen all the fields of vision of something, so that way, and I'll kind of kind of show you like, you know, you'll have your picture here.

And this is what everyone is looking at, you know, everyone is trying to give their perspective of this and how they would approach to this idea and this thing and by running exercises inside of your mind like this, and I you know, whether you believe that these people are there or not, doesn't matter that the power that they work inside of giving you kind of this this unique perspective that's outside of yourself, well, it allows you to put yourself aside for a second just go, okay, you know, how can I look at this differently and Gives you new ways to succeed and benefit yourself in life. While really just being inside yourself all this is accessible inside you. So I always say there's sometimes it's a little scary, all of the knowledge and abilities that we have inside of ourselves that are easily accessible, but we choose not to because sometimes, you know, what we fear ourselves is the power that we hold, and the power that we've always held, and that sometimes itself can be frightening for people because that's a lot of power to withhold in oneself.

It automatically makes you the master of your fate, everything that you do, everything that's ever happened in your life is your fault, or your success. And that's kind of a lot for people to swallow and be able to understand but a mastermind gives you that power and being able to have a dozen other minds that are willing to chime in and wow your mind when you you know you can read fast but you can Think 10 times faster. And you can literally get to the point where you can have what seems like it's all you. But it doesn't voices going off inside of your head, in this mastermind can allow you to process things 1012 times faster by just going inside your head for 1020 seconds. And you can have what seems like you've spent hours on something thinking about it from a dozen different perspectives and views.

And that's the beauty of it. That's why a mastermind is absolutely necessary for you to achieve large pinnacles of success in life. You need to have a mastermind and these masterminds should be internally as well as outwardly, you should have physical masterminds so that way you are getting outside perspectives as well. Not only the ones that you study, maybe inside books by reading and determining what those people were like, but also people who you have near to you that you can also soundboard off of and, you know that's the idea and the main idea of having mastermind is always being surrounded by people that are better than you. I never, ever, ever want to try and surround myself with people that are not better than me. All right, it's just it's kind of mundane.

It goes against the point, if I'm the best or strongest person in the room, something's wrong. That's not a mastermind. It needs to be where there's a bunch of genius people coming together, each within their own perspectives and fields. And I'm going to them because oh, my God, I don't know that. And you are so brilliant. And I want to just shut up and listen.

And that's how mastermind should be when one person speaks. everyone listens. everyone listens. Everyone's equal, but everyone's also brilliant. And that's what a mastermind should be. internally and externally.

Having a mastermind is absolutely crucial for success in life.
