All right, the third principle that Napoleon Hill talks about. And really, it's suggestion, but to me, it's NLP neuro linguistic programming. And that's just a fancy term or fancy talk for being able to program your own brain just like you work your computer. Just like you're watching this video right now, you knew how to operate something in order to get it to play, you can do the exact same thing inside of your brain. The funny thing is, is that every single thing that's ever been heard, even while you were sleeping, or unconscious, or anything at all, everything that you've heard everything that you've seen, all recorded in, they're all able to be pulled out crystal clear, with amazing definition. That's kind of scary and amazing at the same time.

And you know, the beauty is that with NLP, you get to choose what you want. You don't have to access you can in fact, erase past memories if you want. There's ways to do that. I'm not going to teach that here, but what I'm going to teach is really the idea Just simple suggestion, self suggestion, or auto suggestion through NLP is going to derive this ability for you just to naturally do things automatically forever on repeat, without you having to think about it. These are what we know as habits, habits usually form at the 30 day mark, and after 30 days, it's known, most oftentimes the things start becoming permanent. So I like to say that it's not even 30 days, but it's the idea of 30 days passing within your head.

So why would we wait and wait 30 days, when we could have the change be instantly, why not just have it happen in 30 seconds, why not go through those 30 days in our head through autosuggestion in 30 seconds so that we feel so derived and so built inside of it. It's like the last 30 days of our life have been nothing but this idea. And when we speed things up like that, I believe that the brain learns much better quickly than it does slowly. It's the idea of if you had one of those moving pictorials and I wish I could draw it quite well, but there's just a little finger on there. And that little finger throughout, doesn't move too much. But it moves a little bit.

And as it's moving through, you see it maybe hop and dance and it starts doing different things. And the faster that it goes, you know, it'll keep going up and down. That's kind of, I always think of Mickey Mouse cartoons or things like that. They had that exact same premise, where you know, something would loop over itself. And it's only through quickly flipping through those images that you actually capture what is going on a movement, a change is happening in the character's body and in its life, really If I were just to take each one of those pictures, and let me tell you 60 frames per second, I could do this just giving you you know, maybe five or six seconds of, you know, something moving up and down. And I gave you say a plane that was going up and down in a circle.

And each day I gave you a new piece, a new one. And each day, you would simply see that maybe it moved a millimeter. And to you, I would ask at the end of the year, was there anything different about all those papers that I gave to you and go, No, no change at all, they all look the same. They all had an airplane on them. And then if I put them all on top, and I just flipped through all three and and 65 of them all at once, you'd see that it made a complete circle it did a loop de loop, you know, did a barrel roll, whatever. And it's that's the exact same way that our brains learn.

They don't learn slow. They don't learn one at a time. One piece. They learn all just mash together amazingly fast. It's just kind of, like I said, a little scary and crazy how fast and well we can learn. And it's sometimes giving ourselves credit that we have that ability.

And it's not that we need to have an ego or be, you know, shall I say, you know, cocky about it, but it's just harnessing it. The more that we practice it, the more it becomes, it's you're using those neurons, those connections, these abilities, and speeding up this learning process that allows us to use it better, much more efficiently each and every time. As I always say, the nice thing about whenever you do something, it's why it takes quote, unquote, 30 days, we're going to do it in 30 seconds through this exercise, for auto suggestions to come into play is really because you're seeing something over and over again. It's through that repetition, that eventually something comes into being a as I'll say, you know, a neuron that gets fired. Automatically through your throughout your day. You know, sometimes people, when they flip on the TV, the second that the TV comes on, you'll just get into a trance, you'll go.

I see a lot of people do that. I mean, it's amazing. But that's one of those kind of automatic suggestions that we can play out inside of our own heads. And the way that we're going to do this, is we're just going to simply think of something that we want to suggest to ourselves something that we want to give as a benefit, you know, for example, now, I'm not going to say that you can suggest yourself, I'm going to speak Spanish and you've never studied or listened to the Spanish language before. If that's the case, then that's going to be narrow minded and sensibility of your abilities, and the shortcomings there currently to you. If you again, you've never heard the Spanish language, what makes you think you're going to speak it.

However, if you have a few years of Spanish language and maybe you were immersed for even a year, and you just happen to have not lost, you know, really, it's if you don't use it, you lose it as they say, you feel like that's the case, then you can instantly Garner all of those, you know, words and that vocabulary back and even learn more so, and it's quite amazing because through autosuggestion, through those abilities, of you know, re harnessing old, say skills or even new skills and getting better at them faster, is a fun thing to do. And the best way to do that is often through autosuggestion, through the ability of seeing a calendar, and this is the exercise we're going to do. I'm often going to have you guys get into what I would say, you know, a relaxed state, just having yourself breathe.

Sometimes I asked you to close your eyes. That's the best way to picture things in your mind and just listen to my voice and through listening. It's going to be a self suggestion. to yourself, that's what you're going to eventually write into your brain. And your unconscious mind is going to simply go through and naturally do that. Your unconscious is able to simply take commands, embed them inside you, and then play them out.

Anytime those neurons are hit. anytime they fire off, they instantly just, you go right back into those auto suggestions. So, as you come into a relaxed state and breathe, you're going to simply see a calendar and you're going to play out what we're going to call a 30 day period. And this is going to be 30 days of your life. And you're gonna imagine the last 30 days of your life, you've been doing exactly what you've needed to whatever that quota is, whatever that you know, necessary, shall I say, routine scheduler regimen. Whether you want to work out more, eat healthier, do something better devote more time towards reading, you know, get better at speaking new language, whatever it is, these are formed through habits of autosuggestion that make you want to desire it.

And of course, like I said, through faith, that faith that you will naturally achieve that ability, it almost as surely stay that confidence worth undo. But it's necessary that undo confidence is what makes you an overachiever things that are beyond your ability. And we can always always, amazingly, work so much beyond our ability more than we will ever give ourselves credit for, because we're the toughest critics. But when we stop being our toughest critics, we become our best achievers. So when you see that calendar for the next 30 days, I want you to just speed yourself through, go through your normal day like you normally would, and see day one. And then as you run through your day, do everything that you're normally going to do do your exercises, do your routines, do the things that you want to naturally envelop inside of your normal self.

I want you to then see yourself rapping Your day brushing your teeth, doing your normal agenda that you do before you go to bed, and then falling asleep. When you finally fall asleep, there's this blackness, the blackness will naturally be that time inside of your mind, your sub subconscious, your unconscious mind will naturally take in and embed all of your day's events. It'll play it forwards and backwards and sideways and frontways in every ways, and it naturally embeds it so that those routines become you. And that's what you're always doing every time that you hit that nighttime. So then you go into day number two, and you kind of see that number two over the calendar. And you go through and you play through those days events again, and you do the exact same thing.

And you do it again through day three. And through day four, we're going to speed up and go faster through day five. And day six, and faster even more because you're getting more into the routine of what you have to do. Day eight Day nine, you can see the days, you know, maybe you cross them off or maybe you're just walking or going through the days, however you do on that calendar in your head, day 10 and day 11. Now go day 1213 keep going on for 15 1617. And each day is going to then embed these routines inside of you deeper and deeper, deeper inside your unconscious.

Your unconscious mind will take all of these commands as an auto suggestion. Anytime that you start thinking about this routine, all of a sudden your desire and your faith that you can achieve all of these end routines, and all of these end results naturally, your unconscious mind will naturally unlock these routines. Like I said auto suggesting them to you firing off the neurons that make you have these amazing almost insatiable desires to achieve this room. To that you've naturally inbuilt inside of yourself through this calendar exercise. And as you go through reaching forward day 2122 20 345 26 and 2728 29, finally 30. And at day 30, boom, you wake up and you're now inside yourself at the new month day, one of the next month.

So you've inbuilt this and you're going to start living out that same routine that you've envisioned already that you have memories of yourself going through. And that's what I want you to do is keep envisioning that, whatever you want for your routine to be. Imagine that you have a past that's already been living that for 30 days. And now you're going forward. Day one of the next month, day 31 of your routine. You have a rhythm already built up and this is what's known as auto suggestion, and it builds it up instead of having 30 days of routine having to feel bad sometimes when you miss one day.

You now have 30 days. He's built up and there's no reason for you to miss another day, you're going to go forward, you're going to do everything, the exact same as you envisioned it, building up that desire using the faith that you can achieve this through autosuggestion. And that's what the key to success is. Keep using this exercise over and over, and you'll be achieving amazing things.
