Okay, now the one that we've already been talking a lot about is the subconscious and the subconscious. Whoops is what we've been talking about the entire time literally just neuro linguistic programming, putting suggestions into our mind going into our mastermind like I talked about going down that stairway in that stairway gets us relaxed enough where we're just going to go like this, you know, you should should just like kind of be really relaxed put down just a and it's not that you're, you know, in a trance, you know, like some people think, Oh, it's like the devil. It's not neuro linguistic programming is all you you always have control. It's not like some movies make it up to be. It's always you, it's always you. And it's only that when you give control to somebody, if you give control to them.
Then Yes, things can happen. But from the always from the start, you always have control all total control, always. And when it comes to your subconscious and you self hypnotize or go down and do that, it's even more all you like, there's nothing else that can, like if that's the safest thing that could ever be. And you go down inside yourself, you know, you go down that tunnel, you visualize yourself just relaxing. And it's through those things, when you're completely relaxed, that you're more open to suggestion. And that suggestion, really, more than less, becomes a command.
And that's where the subconscious comes into play. Your unconscious subconscious takes commands. And when you give suggestions, it just simply, like I said, rewires those neurons so that whenever you happen to run across them doing your daily activities, or think about random things, it triggers that are you think about that same picture that does trigger it. You're gonna go Boom, and you're going to go right back to it, you know, and it triggers those things. And the more that you trigger them, the more that you attach chemicals that feel good. You know, you attach those pictures, you know, where you want to feel happy.
You know, think about where you felt happy before and now attach work to that or something that you want to feel happy about, like, you know, I don't feel happy about going on this trip with my family. Well think about a time where you laughed, and you know, it didn't feel like you know, you shouldn't be laughing it felt like you should have been quietly like that. And now wherever that picture is take that family trip and boom, now. Oh, now your subconscious was like thinking of all the ways it can be fun and you're laughing you're giggling you're like, well, it is good. Spend time with family and all this and that. Yeah, that's your subconscious.
Your subconscious is absolutely necessary and crucial. And that kind of wraps up everything that we've been doing everything we've been doing for all these keys to success is through your subconscious. And that is going to give you those automatic responses to be six festival
