The six key that was talked about was organization and organization pretty easily summed up is having your mind and your thoughts together, you should not keep things in your mind you should have them written down or physically placed somewhere because organization of the head will eventually clear organization of your world. See, everything starts with a thought. And I think that that's what I've been really trying to portray to you especially through our exercises and NLP etc. is that it starts inside thinking, seeing pictures, driving emotions towards those pictures and connecting those neurons to different emotion centers, and those pictures to different emotions as well. And through that, then your outside life begins to Well show the exact same life is like a mirror like I said, And the beautiful thing is you get to choose what you want to look at inside that mirror. And which side you want to look at.

There is this organization that comes from that then that allows you to simply go through and align yourself with what your routine should be. Your routine should usually be written down. I have myself a to do list as well. And every day I have written down what I'm supposed to do. And I make sure that it's all written down there anytime that I even think about something inside my head. I will literally go to my phone I have my phone connected to my to do list on my computer, or you could even keep them you know, just a notepad and Adam later when you go back to work, but I will keep it inside of my phone, you know, whatever.

It's like, Oh man, I gotta do this. One thing, well guess what, if you're not working, and it's off hours, this is organization This is being able to be in the moment, guess what you hopping over and doing work, you're retracting your brain into a new mode. And now it's not as easy to concentrate on reading a book or doing something. So you want to organize yourself in the sense of, Okay, my to do list, you know, oh, I gotta do something, add it to that to do list right on your phone. Bam, it's out of your mind. And guess what?

You don't have to think about anymore and you're not gonna think about anymore because you know, it's written down, and I can forget about it until I literally pick up that thing because guess what my routine is? Check my to do list. That's routine. Right? Your neurons Oh, okay. Yep.

And I got to do that today. Okay, that as well. I forgot about I added that last night. So that's organization of your head. putting things physically down will help you do that. as well.

I do suggest organization physically. As you can see, I have myself cubicle, you know, not cubicle sets of four sides, but I'm sorry, I have myself, you know, containers and my books and everything's organized in shelves. That organization also exists on my desk as well here, as well as inside of my room and everything else. I try to keep everything as much as I can organize. That helps me become fluid in my nature of presenting and being able to move between one task and another. And I feel good because I'm not dirty, you know, I don't have a bunch of sodas or, you know, dishes right behind me, you know, I'm not eating inside of here, I'll have chips or it's organization that gives this key ability for you to be able to feel good about your work, move into it quickly and become efficient with what you do.

And part of that is again, like I said, becoming physical in nature. Whenever you have those thoughts, put them down, take them out of your mind. Your organization starts Mentally organize your life, everything that you need to do, put it down, write it down. And try not to always go back and minor critique yourself. One of the things I'm going to tell you about organization is don't get your life down to, you know, there's some people who talked about down to a 15 or a 30 minute window. I do not like that.

I like one hour windows. That's That's how life works one hour windows, because oftentimes I talk about teaching whoops. I talk about teaching, a 5510 rule. And the 5510 rule is 55 minutes of work. 10 minutes of just break, whatever it is, you need to decompress, go to the restroom, take some water, just stop for a second. You're not allowed to touch your computer, do anything, whatever.

55 Minutes, then back to work. You're going to become way more efficient. You're going to love your work, you're going to have full rest of desire for For that, so we think in terms of one hours, one hour blocks. So when I say I want to do all of these different little tasks, that's fine, you can say, you know, inside of this block, I started at 9am. You know, I'm gonna say, micro tasks. And then below that, I'm gonna list you know, 123, and it's going to talk about those things.

And then sometimes I may not get through them, you know, I may be able to check this and this, you know, and another one off, but I didn't get to number two, guess what, that's fine. Depending on the severity of it, we can move it somewhere else. But all we're trying to do is look in one hour blocks, you know, even if all of these tests take just a few minutes, try and block this into together into one hour. It makes you work so much harder for that 55 minutes. When you know you get a 10 minute break and it almost like it makes you work harder because you're That 10 minute break is coming up soon, like, you know, once I have 10 minutes, then I can go enjoy myself but I need to earn and deserve that 10 minutes. And that's part of organization.

That's the beauty of it is like, just put a timer on your computer or wherever you work that just beeps every 55 minutes, and then boom, 10 minutes off. So let yourself relax, decompress, you're going to work so much harder in those 55 minutes. Then if you work through all 65 minutes, non stop and then never took breaks. And I know this science proves it, you're going to prove it to yourself. It's amazing keyboard organization together and inside of your life and inside of your mind and around the world, or around the world you control like your your space, and you're going to be a lot more successful in life.
