Mind/Body Myofascial Release&trade;
Mind/Body, Myofascial Release&trade; (coined by the Stress Management Institute for Health and Fitness Professionals), is the combining of mind/body approaches and myofascial release to achieve an overall state of well-being. Individuals with stress and chronic disease need a mind/body approach to foam rolling that is easier on the body and relaxes the mind. This method is fundamental as the mind and body are in constant communication with each other. Our technique is called AccuRolling&trade; because the AccuBall&trade; may apply pressure to the acupressure points of the body and allows us to do self&ndash;massage while taking the class. NeuRoll Calm&trade; also incorporates meditation for the senses using dim lights, isochronic tones, lavender-scented eye pillows, essential oils, AccuBalls, flameless candles, and self-massage.
