DESCRIPTION: 
You may have some individuals come to class who have chronic pain or cannot apply too much pressure to their muscles. Self-massage techniques with slight pressure can be substituted for exercises that may be too much for this population. Remember to let your class participants choose which AccuRoll&trade; Ball to use for each exercise. The small black ball is good for the face and hands. The green or blue ball can be used for muscles that are not as sensitive. The big grey ball is suitable for the upper back, lower back, stomach, rib cage, and diaphragm. Please note that everyone is different and some individuals may need to use the big grey ball only.
These exercises can also be used in between our mind/body myofascial release exercises during class. If participants have tight muscles some stretches may be used in this class as well. When creating your class please remember to use mostly the mind/body myofascial release exercises or self-massage depending on your class participant.
