What is Mind/Body Programming&trade;

According to the Stress Management Institute, stress is complex and should be looked at from a mind/body standpoint. If we just prescribe exercise and no specific stress management techniques to practice with it, then your client is not receiving a well-rounded program. By combining these two components, you will also be helping your client to build stress resilience as well. Your job as a Mind/Body Fitness Practitioner&trade; will be to change the landscape of fitness by having the tools needed to help many individuals who are coping with chronic illness and stress.
