This course focuses on six personal powers that we already have but rarely utilize as powers. These include:

1. The power of creative visioning
2. The power of letting go
3. The power of self-compassion
4. The power of your true self
5. The power of unmasking fear
6. The power of choice

Rebecca Skeele introduces each power with examples and then leads an experiential process for the student to discover the personal power for themselves.

Who should take this course?

Anyone who feels disempowered in their life from habitual emotional and mental baggage, or in relationships that continue to repeat old patterns. Self-empowerment is needed when facing any personal or professional challenge.
