You will learn how to stretch your entire body, rehearsing each cardinal range of motion we are blessed to enjoy. The best part is, that it is quick and easy. It takes 4 minutes and you can do it with your shoes and clothes on while standing up. We have taken all your good excuses away when it comes to stretching. You will be given a form to help you score your motion, determining where you need to spend a little more work and where you can give yourself a pat on the back.&nbsp;
