In this section I want to talk briefly about the relationships between empaths and energy vampires. energy vampires can come in the forms of many different types of people in your life, whether it be serial complainers or toxic relationships or narcissists, we tend to as highly sensitive individuals naturally attract people that are broken. This is due to the fact that we are natural born healers, we are empaths we are empathic we hold a lot of empathy for others and it's really important for us to create boundaries in our relationships and also take note of the people in our relationships and and whether or not they are healthy for us and for our well being. A lot of the times empaths attract Narcissus because a lot of narcissists need healing. And we tend to oversee a lot of red flags when it comes to narcissism because we are just energetic sponges and we want to help everybody.

So with this, I have a lot of podcast interviews where I talk to spiritual, spiritual entrepreneurs as well as empaths about this kind of topic which I will be sharing within this within this class for you to take a look at because there is a wealth of knowledge within these conversations.
