Okay, more body language best practice is to anchor yourself. Now I'm moving around a little bit today, but this is a workshop a little bit different but you haven't seen me walking up and down here. And so you need to ask yourself, because it's distracting if you move around. It's very distracting because when something's fine, everything is noticeable. And it also helps if you stay in what we call it a power posture.
It helps to project your voice. So we spoke about voice before. If you With a good posture or sit, you might sit I prefer if I'm sitting to sit on a stool and also with a power posture, okay, so it projects your voice and you're more likely to not move around and plus, it's not a good looking snapshot dancer. So you need to anchor yourself and sit still as much as possible and that also helps you
