There's something you need to do before you start to do a video and we're going to do this breathing exercise at the end, you need to relax, okay? So you need to be relaxed. Because your body language your body language is going to be if you're all nervous and you're anxious and you're not feeling really well, you're not going to present well, either, you need to relax. So one technique is to breathe two deep breaths in and out three seconds each. do that later, before you do the video. So breathe, relax, and also have a positive mindset.
And how can you do that I can't just go I'll get a positive mindset. However, you can plan if you're going to do a bunch of videos, say tomorrow, plan out your day so that you wake up, you have your favorite breakfast, you have a chill time, I began to get a message, whatever works for you so that when you go do those videos, you relax, you're in a really good mindset. Don't do it on a really stressful time or that the time of day that you don't usually feel good at the end of a workday, whatever it may be. Do it when you're relaxed and planted out, no stress before the shoot as much as possible, because yeah, there's lots of stress in our life, but try and plan down so there's not. And I would even say, if you're going to do a video, and you just really no matter what you do, you just really don't feel well.
Don't do it. Put it back for another time. And sometimes they say we have a little setup in your home studio or at work couple of lights and with the smartphone, it's the beauty of the smartphone and that's why I'm using them myself. Because there's so much work as you can see sitting up like this today, I used to try and set up just myself and by time I set up I'm like, Ah, so exhausted, I'd be sweaty and everything like I can't even do the video now just go all click, you know everything, turn the lights on away again. So if you're not feeling well, you know, probably not a good idea to do it if you can get away with it. In other words, try and get as positive positive as you can.
But sometimes, you know Sometimes we just feel really fantastic. We don't even know why sometimes just pop in your little studio to start pumping out videos because they're going to come out really great. Okay because then you're going to have that passion and you're going to connect with people. Just a little tip that I found works for me
