As I said before breathing is really important before you start a video, but before you do anything really you want to be relaxed, don't you? So doing breathing exercises, it's good for your health and it's good to relax. So I would highly recommend it particularly if you're nervous about the video. Something else you might want to do as well is those tongue twisters that can be really good as well say them out loud tongue twisters so that you don't get stuck like I did before saying a couple of words, which is some words I struggle with.
