As I said before breathing is really important before you start a video, but before you do anything really you want to be relaxed, don't you? So doing breathing exercises, it's good for your health and it's good to relax. So I would highly recommend it particularly if you're nervous about the video. Do this just before you do you create a video. Something else you might want to do as well is those tongue twisters that can be really good as well say them out loud tongue twisters so that you don't get stuck like I did before saying a couple of words, which is some words I struggle with. So tongue twisters and breathing.

So Let's all stand up. And I'm going to get you to do this exercise, relax and we can go to a break relaxed. Okay, so, Stand with your feet shoulder with the part. Don't lock your knees. Just relax and keep you anyone who plays or yoga like a good posture like that. Okay, you Is your spine straight, relax, feel try and feel the muscles relax as possible but your head straight, okay?

So breathe into a slow count of three, three notes. The out through your mouth 313 slowly and then again 123 and out 123 if anyone's gonna find sit down, and then again and this time we'll do three and four up. Three in, four out 123 and keep going. We'll do like a mini yoga class. And one more If you relax, quick thing that are actually I went to a Tony Robbins event 10 years ago and he was saying to breathe it's really good for the health to breathe in to hope attain, anyone know this method and then breathe out before and you get a lot of oxygenated really well to your brain and your body is relaxing as well. So that's another method of use so to win and hold for 10 to really get that oxygen happening in the blood and then breathe out for it and walk around doing that really gives you you know, a lot of oxygen and gets you a system
