Okay, upon three upon three, that's a terminology that comes from the industry. Which means before you start recording, you start smiling for three seconds before you even start. This quick tip today It looks a bit dodgy doesn't that is a tip that I got recently because I actually really struggled when I don't naturally smile to like go smaller, like did like mechanical smile.

Looks cheesy like not it's like this is not working. It looks terrible. And I saw some gentlemen on the internet saying that you need to smile from your eyes. And I thought that makes sense. So I did so you smile from your eyes before you stop for three seconds by the time three seconds is up. You probably have a genuine smile.

Okay, so not from here from your eyes. Okay, it's much more natural isn't and then it becomes a natural smile. Okay, so smile from your eyes to really good tip me really made a big difference. You're not doing this looks terrible. You want a smile on a video, obviously. And if you can, a genuine smile is always the best.

Okay? I, at some stage I think I had somebody cracking jokes before my videos but that's not really the best I get you laughing You know, but you want to have a genuine smile. So, upon three smile three seconds before your video, I had so many clients as well they just start they start the presentation and then just smile and just looks unnatural. And we need a bit of lead time as well. And the same at the end. So when you finish, and so many so many videos have done have been ruined because and and so that's that's how you create a really good presentation video.

Right so I'm looking at the cameras like so if you use a selfie stick, that can work, but you're going Need to gesture with one hand or not gesture at all. So now I've just got and somebody wants to just smiling they switch off now we need a bit of lead time. Now the end is going to have real trouble at the end they're getting a bit of lead time. And it just you need to smart list for a second more just to even look genuine as well. So we say small for three seconds before and after that why you know you're going to catch that and some people that three seconds a year, three seconds, and I'll even countdown with clients as well. So small three seconds before and after.

But just remember that on the next time that you practice your presentation, smile from your eyes and three seconds before and three seconds after.
