This course is a six weeks training.

What will you learn iin this course?

  • It is based on cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia together with positive psychology and mindfulness.
  • It is scientifically the best method to improve your sleep and quit your sleep medication if you are taking some.
  • It teaches you how to become a master of your sleep.
  • I have helped hundreds of individuals with this program, with a 90% success ratio. I'm a cognitive behavioral therapist, a burn-out coach and trainer, and a mindfulness- and yoga teacher.

You can really do it, I will accompany you in the process.

You will receive in total 33 videos, 12 audios, and a 100 pages workbook over the period of 6 weeks.
